Every day you can read here that iNetBet is the best of all RTG Casinos on the market.

Surely that's two or three other good RTG Casinos but my opinion is that Emily and her Team should get the Award 2007 for Best Casino and Casino Manager.

They have the Award for 2005 and 2006 and they must also earn the Prize 2007 for their good work. :notworthy

But lets see, what happens during the next months. Why not Pat and Ed from 32 red?
But anyway: I like the idea of a first middle of the year soundcheck.
My favs are
1. 31 black - or oh, yes: 32 red. Sorry, again and again, but: The deserve it.
2. new award: Bets casino in software categories
a) rtg: inetbet
b) Intercasino
c) bluesquare
d)??

Yeah, yeah, yeah... The managers are good - but what about the quiet hard working support staff that never get the limelight at Casinomeister!?? Chained to their desks, with headsets superglued to their heads - they dream of one day being able to browse the hallowed pages of Casinomeister.

I vote "Helen" at 32RED support. She's clearly there 27 hours a day, 9 days a week, 411 days a year and is always prompt, courteous and friendly - regardless of the ungodly hour I'm asking for my "monthly match". Must be a nightmare job with idiots like me emailing all sorts of random requests all over the show - so she deserves credit!

Yeah thats a good point actually. I used to do "support" work many moons ago and the arrogant attitude of many "customers" being downright rude, treating you like you were an idiot and responsible for every cock-up ever really pissed me off.

i think you all play only at 32red :rolleyes: ( i play not so often at 32red ), it gives many many friendly support agents more at the Gambling Scene ;)

I didn't get an invite either.

They never email me anything connected with the casino. I get loads of poker ones and I hardly ever play on their poker site.

They are crap at sending out promotional emails for the casino.

Well, for me anyway.

Well, I may as well add my two cents, lol. I'd love to see Pat in the running for best manager this year. No one works harder than this man does....weekends, nights, home or office makes no difference. :thumbsup:

So happy to see some of the support staff at 32Red get well deserved kudos as well. Helen, Emma and Jane are absolutely the best. I like Dominic as well, but I'm biased as he's a fellow Canuck. We've had some interesting live chats.

Emily and all her staff at Inetbet, always deserving candidates as well.

Besides those two, I don't really play anywhere else anymore, lol.

Any of the casino staff who actually come here to the forum to participate, and more importantly, listen to what the players have to say, all deserve some recognition. Off the top of my head, ClubWorld and Jason in particular come to mind for changing their bonus/comp rules. It's not often that you can actually get a casino to rewrite their terms.
 
my opinion

well for what it counts, I think there should be a newcomer award. 3dice would get my vote on each category for this year as it has actually been the one that I can still play at and enjoy completely. Their support is excellent and the management is great.
 
The Palace Group would probably get my vote...On overall experience.
Then again, there's Inetbet, 32red, 3Dice, etc. Can't really name just one casino.

If you want a good deal talk to Squishy in 'dead chat'. I recieved a 10.000% bonus with 5x WR, waiting for a cashout of 50K. :D

I didn't understand all the terms for the bonus though. It says: "Any cashout amount after recieving a bonus will be multiplied with ln(1) before cashout is processed." What does that mean? :confused:

Whatever. If something goes wrong I just PAB and I should be OK, right?

I'm with you, Mike, Helen is the absolute best in ANY industry. I have a tendency to go ON, anyway, so to give much detail is asking for trouble. The only thing I DON'T think I experienced is Helen knowing I was going to contact them before even I did...or just, maybe, reaching through the monitor and patting me on the head. 32Red is the best in the biz and I'm sick at heart that I can't play there. I have emailed them once or twice over the last 12 - 18 months to say "wassup" and they always reply, usually as a group effort! lol "Cas" ;)
 
XXL Club Casino needs an award because they are making the "Best Casino Bonus" (no WR no game restrictions) and the live support is really nice (like 32 red).

And GrandVirtual another award; players take their money in hours without id verification (just for big amounts) and they have the most funky slots in the internet.
