In light of recent "best" and "worst" awards, I thought it would be nice to share the best and worst experiences you've had:

Best experience:

I would say All Jackpots Casino. They have always paid quickly, have great customer service, and generous bonuses. They quickly compensated my account the couple times there were technical issues.

Worst experience:

English Harbour Casino. Imagine being helpful to a casino by providing detailed info, subsequently being verbally abused and harassed, and suffering significant psychological damage. That was my experience at this casino for being honest and helpful about basic tournament strategies I used. The manager didn't know anything about tournaments, yelled and ranted at me, tried to make feel guilty, using language I can't mention. For many months, I had flashbacks and found it hard to concentrate, and sometimes I just wanted to escape. It's still tough to deal with it today, but I am getting there.

Best casino experience, Intertops, never had a casino wire my winnings, to my bank, in less than a week, no hassles, what so ever, quick efficient and kept me informed as to the entire withdrawal process.
No long pending period either, cashed out friday evening, it was being processed saturday morning, in my bank thursday. So didn't have time to think of reversing.
Plus, this is one casino where I feel the random nature of the games is more prevalent than most casinos.

Inetbet, I have good days, bad days, but I always feel I am getting a fair game there as well and trust them from deposit to withdrawal completely.

Worst casino experience, well in my infant years of gambling, I must have hit nearly every rogue pothole out there, need I say more? Live and learn.

Best - Some MG casino years ago when I deposited on some small bonus. Went into 4 hand poker (don't remember which one) and got a feeling to switch poker games. I didn't play a single hand until I switched. On the first hand, I hit a 8k royal and was paid 2 days later.

Worst - ConnectToCasino. Hands down, most God awful experience. It's the reason I joined the board to contact the rep here when they didn't make their payment timeframe. When I called the manager (some mafia gangster wannabe), he actually told me that I better not post anything anywhere because he watched all the boards. Post and you won't be paid, plain as that. I did get paid ($3,200) thanks to the rep's help.

Probably best experiences are in casinos where we have some good winnings and receive fast cashouts..Corect?
In this case I have good experiences with few casinos..Bet365, VirginGames, JackpotCapital, GrandEagleCasino, Unibet..but probably the best experience was with 3Dice (some nice wins, and cashout in hours)

Worst experience? None I can say..Why? Because I try to play only in casinos from Casinomeister accredited list. Of course I have some problems with cashouts, verification proces..but nothing unusual.

Regards

Although they have always been great for me, my best casino experience was at Ladbrokes in April 2008.
In that month they were running their "Slots Scratchcard" promo on the newly released Tomb Raider - Secret of the Sword; I missed the first week of the promo, but then played 23 consecutive days. Not only did I actually make +£200 profit from the play itself, but also I got EIGHT £100 scratchcards, SIX £50 ones, plus the rest of £5+.
Just from that one promo I made £1,370 profit - happy days!

My worst was way back in 2003 before I'd even heard of CasinoMeister, when being none the wiser I signed-up to quite a few "dodgy" casinos...
The worst of the lot was a crap-hole called NetGaming.com.
I have no idea what flunky software they were using, but it was so blatantly rigged it was actually funny! :eek2:
I was playing Oasis Poker (a stud variation) and I blew through my whole deposit + bonus on about 50-60 hands... and only won 2.
Thank goodness that casino vanished from the net a year or so later.

I used to do that promotion pretty much every day as well (probably in excess of 100 cards) although I only ever won £5 or £10. Were you simply significantly playing more than was required?

Hello Tesla!

I am very sorry that you felt this way with English Harbour award winning support team.

Would you mind sending me a PM of your account number so I can review your account to have a better understanding as to the experience you encountered.

Looking forward to hearing from you

EHCasino Team.

Best experience, hmm, hitting 5 mines on Paydirt on a hail mary $25 bet for a $30k win at Lock Casino. That was pretty inzane. Loosing $10k of that money while reaching the WR and then having to fight to get paid the remaining $20k for six months was by far the worst.

Other than that I am always happy when a lucky win is paid in under a day. I wish all casinos would do this. I generally hate waiting for a payment for days and days.

For me it has to be a number of big hits at 3dice with a dreadfull waiting time of nearly 40 minutes to get my money ;) I remember last summer hitting 2.5k it took around an hour to hit my neteller. it was just before we went on holiday that hit paid quite a few vod shots!

Then hitting a RJ and some big hits at jackpot capital.

Worst - well ive been lucky never having any major problems apart from "dare I say it" rushmore group. RJ for around 6k - 6 weeks to get paid.

Oh and the last 7 hours where i have just blown around 800 :( up down up down lol.

Best: First completed WR on Intercasinos monthly and cashed out 600, left a few tenners and at one point was down to 40c. Crawled back up to 300 only to drop to about 30, started playing Witches & Warlocks with 50c bet and hit the JP for a bit over 6k.

Worst: Ladbrokes screwing me around accusing me of being linked to other accounts, later resolved after some 20 emails but will never touch them again. They communicated with me all the time and never withheld any funds tough. Quite a shock back then.

Best for Me: iNetBet - Always bonus's available, 20x win through - and cashable bonuses at that - not silly max withdrawal etc. Have always been paid promptly.

Also had good experiences with English Harbour & Quatro.

Worst - While I didn't take it up I got offered an "exclusive" 400% match bonus at Box 24. 50x playthrough. Bonus not cashable. Max Cashout 1 x bonus. Is that not the WORST bonus offer ever? As soon as I was offered it I uninstalled the casino!

I'll add a close second for worst casino experience.

The casino had strange software - think it was associated with the old StarLuck crap. Anyways, after wagering a bonus, you had to wait 8 hours before a cashout, no other way around it.

So I cashed out right before I left for work around 7:30 AM. Came home that night to check on the status and the withdrawal had been cancelled and all funds gone! Someone had gone into my account and gambled on slots until it hit a zero balance. Took 2 weeks to resolve and only my deposit was returned. What very little they told me, I learned was that someone in another state (Ohio to be exact) had gone into my account within 1 hour of my withdrawal, reversed the withdrawal, and wagered on slots until all funds were gone. They even had this person's ISP and name which they refused to share with me.

Of course, it pissed me off. Up until that time I had never played slots and told them to review my play history since day 1. But they wouldn't pay winnings because they couldn't figure it out. Lost about $100 or so but it was mostly the principal that irked me.

No - I just pretty much wagered the minimum each day.
I must have just been incredibly lucky.
But from the next month (May 2008) I NEVER got a scratchcard over £15 - so I reckon they changed something about the prize criteria... :(

For me it has to be a number of big hits at 3dice with a dreadfull waiting time of nearly 40 minutes to get my money ;)
Pity you didn't post this before I left home for the Casinomeister's party tonight, because Enzo and 3 of his support staff turned up there and I could have grilled them about taking such a ludicrous time to make your cash-out... :p

I was fortunate in that I found Casinomeister before I deposited anywhere, so I don't have any notably horrible experiences.

Best: 3Dice. Completely hassle-free banking, great people, and all the free fun you could possibly want without fearing that you'll be spanked for abusing a spirit.

Worst: Only noteworthy problem I had was with Club World (that was resolved easily enough), which was only noteworthy for the lengthy discussion that ensued from it. :p

English Harbour?? That has been one of my most consistently GREAT experiences. Now my experience doesn't include playing their tournaments -- but every customer service contact from them (and I ask a lot of questions) has been courteous and helpful. I am amazed at your experience. But since their rep already has posted here wanting to help understand what happened, maybe you have found some good resolution for future.

Worst experience: $3000 RJ denied due to ambigous bonus terms (yeah I should have known better).

The best ever experience I'd had at an online casino was at Monaco Gold (Playtech) some 6 years ago. They offered a 20% bonus of the cash-out, if I cancelled my withdrawal (WR 10x the 20% only). So, after cancelling, I got the 20%, and I was allowed to instantly make a new withdrawal save for the 20%.

Then I played the 20% 10x, while I still had my original withdrawal. This went on for months. Everytime I made a withdrawal I got the 20% cancel-offer. Sometimes I lost all the bonus, sometimes I won, and my withdrawal got bigger and bigger. Once a week or so they offered me the 20% if I would cancel my withdrawal, and from a $200 original deposit I ended up with 11K -which I of course was a bit sceptical if I'd ever see it - but they paid without any complications.

:eek2: ..No wonder they no longer exist..

My best gambling experience was winning the jackpot on Break da Bank Again in free spins at 32RED, 1.5 year ago.
20.- deposit, playing 0.27 per spin, and all of a sudden my balance went from 9.- to over 1150.-
As a lowroller, I wasn't really used to that, I just could not stop laughing.:D

My worst was my first Microgaming experience, about 3 years ago at Roxy Palace.
I was new to online gaming, only played at some Playtech casinos and a few crappy Dutch online casinos with boring slots.
Made a €50.- deposit with a €50.- bonus and was blown away by the slots, totally awesome, those 5-reel videoslots.
Playing between 0.60 and 1.- per spin, I played for almost a week on that money, got my balance up to €1600.-, I just could not lose.

But instead of cashing out the lot I got greedy and upped my stakes and lost it all in a few hours, started chasing my losses, thought I could do it again (not), and lost alot more.. ALOT more..

So it was pure due to my own stupidity and greedyness that what could have been my best gambling experience turned into my worst.
Live and learn they say. So I did.
Cashout when you're ahead!:D

strictly on the issue of getting paid by the casinos, mg casinos have always paid me although a couple were sometimes tardy in doing so. my worst experience dates back to 2001 where i had trouble getting my wins from the infamous vegas strip casinos(rtg). fortunately julie siwell of gambling grumbles assisted me.

Customer service was all right, but the manager named Andrew was a different story. Always seemed annoyed and miserable and didn't seem to care about customers at all. He was obviously not properly trained and I wouldn't feel safe playing at a casino with that kind of management.
