I am fed up with such comments at several Rival casinos (sorry for the exceptions). Recently I have asked why I haven't received the promoted 20 no deposit bonus at Vanguard, only the match bonuses. The result:

'Dear Bencuri,

Regarding your locked account.
Unfortunately, the casinos security system has flagged your account and it was automatically suspended by the system.

Your account was reviewed by management but will remain inactive.
The casino reserves the right to suspend accounts in order to protect itself, without disclosing the reason why as per the Terms of Use on our website.

I didn't contact them because of my account was locked. But just to make the case more enjoyable, they locked it. Heh... strange clan. And similar comments arise at numerous other Rival casinos: Ruby Royal, Royal Apollo, Pantasia, Vegas Sky, etc. How can they make a profit this way? It is ridiculous.

This is the problem with free chip hunting, soon as your signed up you will get lots of spam, sometimes 4 emails a day off one casino. You may even get phone calls and cds through the post. Also by signing up willy nilly for every ND bonus you are divulging your personal information willy nilly.


ND chips for me are more trouble than they are worth, so I steer well clear of them UNLESS it is a casino I am seriously considering playing at.

I'll take every free chip I can get, except those from the rogue RTG casinos, which spam me every single day with $50-$100 each, which I never take. Vanguard is sister to Slotpower, which I love, but I don't really care for Vanguard itself.
