I cannot stress enough that you take this action before you play EVEN IF the deposit bonus being offered seems such a great deal!

Play safe!

Casinomeister has tried to help these folks out of roguedom many times. They just keep falling further in the pit. "Fully licensed in Costa Rica" means nothing for gamblers (it's a regular business license) and Costa Rica has no laws to protect gamblers. In fact, they don't allow their own citizens to gamble! Beware and play safe!

I got a great free bonus offer from Slots of Vegas today. I was actually going to try it until I read the nightmare stories about this group. No thanks!

This poster, who is very familiar with Virtual and its CSRs, was told by a CSR that Catseye Casino is a rebranded Power Bet Casino and is owned by Virtual casino group.

Ohh its scary to think

Hi Suze, Yes i think thats a good idea keep this thread up and moving...before I found casinomeister I too have pumped some good honest cash into a couple of them(slots of vegas, prism, palace of chance) not knowing any different..thank goodness i didnt put much in or ever have the grief of trying to cash out. For warned is forarmed ...Gosuzecat!!!

palace of change

I played at palace of change in 2006

I think I won something like 3000 in total, they paid me, but with a lot of excuses along the way. So maybe I was lucky.

I played bj and the wager requirement was huge and the bonus sticky, now they keep emailing me about promotions which I cant get because I am considered a skilled player. Another way to say piss off.

But I dont care apart from craps mails.

Would not play there again even if the bonus was 5000%

Have you ever been to Costa Rica Suzecat? There are a lot of casinos here.
Also do you have any personal issues with Gamblingwages brands?

thanks,

No, never been there, certainly never will. I have family who have been there and were robbed at gunpoint and will not return . They were also overcharged (a lot) by their hotel, who refused to make it right:eek: Don't doubt there are casinos there that cater to the tourists as the locals are not allowed to gamble. And yes I do have a problem with frauds and cons.

thanks,

Suze is as honest as they come. I dont think she has any grudge against you personally but on visiting your site and looking at the casinos you promote, it's actually a who's who of the rogue kingdom. So what do you expect from us?

Aw shucks Chu:oops: You are correct! I have nothing against Robert personally (well, except for his judgement about where to work). This thread, as many have suggested, is for the benefit of those new to gambling who may have been prey for rogue casinos. The number of new posts in the complaints section will be a good gauge of its success. Don't think Maxd would mind ..................hope not.

thanks,

Suzecat has written what for a problem she has with your brands.

A girl friend from me has a personal issue with your Client Cirrus and Costa Rica, you will get a PM. (a try and if you should be not able to help, i also know what i hold therefrom)

I can't speak for anyone else, but every time that I read about yet another player getting screwed over at Virtual Casinos, I take it very personally. It pisses me off that you guys just continue to operate and prosper. I guess crime really does pay huh?

Question

I am wondering what does casinomeister do to help these casino's to come out of rouge status? Do casino's ask to get out of rouge status? How do they assure they will not re offend.

Good questions rikkerbuddy! To get into the rogue pit, casinos refuse or delay paying winners, use deceptive advertising, make promises or assurances they have no intention of keeping, change terms and conditions (T&Cs) after a bonus is taken but before a cashout is made and generally make it impossible to have a fair game.

To be removed from the rogue pit, a casino has to stop doing the things that put them in the pit.

Casinomeister's help starts with a casino being labeled a rogue. It's up to the casino where it goes from there. If the complaints stop and the players who were cheated are paid (proper recourse is made) then the casino is put on probation. If all stays well after that, they are removed from rogue status. If not, they stay in the pit.

There is no assurance IMO that pitted casinos will not reoffend. That's why it is so important to check the rogue section on the main site before you deposit at any casino. And you need to use your good judgement about where to play. If a casino has been rogued, you can be assured there was good reason for it! "Time will tell" and "player beware" should be your mindset for any casino on probation IMO.

The casino in question here has been in (and out) of the pit many times! That is probably why so many members are totally skeptical of this group!

Wow! Graci.. for the wealth of information!:)

Feeling Lucky?

So let's say you've read all this stuff about this rogue group and decide, hey, I feel lucky ........... I think I'll take up one of those big bonuses. Before you do, PLEASE consider this: You will probably be on your own if you have a problem. That means no help from Casinomeister, or Maxd, Simmo or Spearmaster. Plus the members will probably say "what were you thinking" when you post about a problem you have with a rogue casino.

I guess Robert got lost on his way to answer this post!
