Question banking problems at Guts

I deposited OK a few hours ago, recently tried to make a w/d and the banking link opens, the black loading indicator spirals then it stops and just stays blank on both deposit and w/d options. So the pop-up box just remains grey. I tried doing it in Chrome browser instead of IE11, the same then my desktop which is an older OS than win 8.1 and that does it too!
Tried opening live chat and the e-mail form and they wouldn't work.
Anyone got the same problem?

Just tried it there to check and could not get banking page to load either. Tried it again and it now loads and live chat loaded as well so try it now dunover as seems to be fixed.

It has been down all day for me both on the desktop and mobile. Was on live chat for a little bit as they tried to resolve it with no success. Tried again a second ago and its still the same for me, so unfortunately for today looks like I will have to play elsewhere

Yep still doing the same for me thanks people! Exactly that same screenie as you put up. Both on deposit, w/d and 'my account'.
P!ssed me off as I was ready to withdraw 2 hours ago and lost half my £140 balance waiting (my fault I know!) but I still have the rest waiting for when it works.

P.S. I just tried again and it's OK and I made my (much reduced) withdrawal lol.......

Luck I was only using the mouse, If had to use keyboard for commands I be here till next week, Looks like they had some majour glich, But noing them they will sort asap, Also no sites like to be closed off

Okay im guessing this is a wide spread problem and not just GUTS as casinoluck and nextcasino are both under maintenance as well and even williamhills game page is unavailable at moment. Weird and typical it happens when im stuck at home for day .

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for my delay on replying. I am out of the office today and the next week with limited access to the internet but have been following what has been going on via text.

Seems that EM had a DB issue which is why all of the sites powered by them were down. They have fixed the issue and tested it and all is working. We are putting Guts back online now and should be back up in about 10 mins.

I need to go offline again but Tony is around if anyone needs anything and can be reached at [email protected] or of course support is online 24/7.

Sorry for the hassles, sometimes things are out of our hands so we just have to play the waiting game.

As mentioned I will be offline the majority of the next week, so there will be a delay replying to PMs but as I said Tony is there if you need anything urgently.
