Bad experience with 3dice

I have come to find that the Casino Rep, Anna, has grown very rude to me and to some friends of mine that play on 3dice. I should say played, because most of them have stopped playing in real. Most of them (3 ppl and myself) are only playing out tournies if available. I got banned as a matter of fact because I made a comment about the gaming being bad in the forum. That is fine, I don't mind being banned but the casino rep mentioned above was and continues to be extra rude to me and to others. I also just seem to notice that if you've been a member and things are going great at first, that it definitely seems to turn cold after about a year of being with the casino. This isn't my experience with other casinos (Club World group for example). I'm just not satisfied with 3dice. I know some people just love this casino but I can speak from my personal experience and say that some of us really don't like it at all. Again, it's not from being banned that I base my opinion, it is from the treatment by a certain Rep at the casino and the gaming that goes sour that I draw my conclusion. You can draw yours but I do know I'm not the only one that feels this way about 3dice!

How exactly was 3Dice "rude" to you? Refuse you any more free chips did they? It's the usual reason a player comes here to slag off 3Dice. It's seldom anything actually important or relevant.

The most likely reason that CSR's get shitty, and they're only human, is that players are demanding, abusive, and rude. I'm also certain you weren't banned just for "saying the payouts are bad". If you think Anna has been rude, then ask Enzo to post some chat conversations here and we can allbe convinced....ill bet you don't want those published.

Where are your three "friends"? Ask them to come along and tell their story.

Yes they do.....but I.also.know that they issue warnings privately before any banning is done, so I highly doubt it was a first offence.

I absolutley love the games at 3Dice...I have never found any cs to be rude at all ever but to the contrary, only ever courteous and complimentary. I have been down on my luck on several occasions and they ( without ever asking ) have seldom thrown me a decent size chip. What more really can you ask...(they don't have to.).....other than, that you be in the right place at the right time a little more often..lol. You just have to be patient and have money. Coz we all know it's more likely to go than come...lol. Their games are probably no worse or better than any others with hot and cold runs......#@%* happens......

Sad to say to the OP, but if 100 people think that Anna is great, nice and always polite and then there is one (or four as you say) that thinks the opposite, then maybe it's time to start questioning your own behaviour.
Did you always think she was rude? When and why did you change your mind?
If we take a little deeper look at ourself we almost always can see that the problem lies in ourself and not someone else.

I don't want to call you a liar, but you are...I can't imagine in my worse dream that Anna would be rude to you or anyone else. and if she was in fact rude, I have no idea what you could possibly do to upset her.

3Dice by far is one of the best support teams ever in online casinos. If you on a cold streak and said something inappropriate in a chat, just admit it. No reason to accuse Anna or anyone else on that team of rudeness.

I speak to Anna very often, and just want to make a point to everyone, you can't even imagine what kind of sicko's she must deal with on a daily basis. This is not an easy task by any means and its hard to satisfy everyone. But, IMHO, 3Dice does whatever possible to keep their players happy and interested.

Do you get the idea- they try to give everyone and individual VIP treatment at 3Dice - and people fail to realize there are 100s of other customers that they are dealing with.

I'm sure the last thing I would want to see in chat after having an hour of nonstop work is someone saying this casino slots sux and don't pay. Especially after breaking my back for an hour trying to please 100 people.

Before you comment on how people are rude maybe walk in her shoes!!! I have had many conversations with Anna and let me tell you she is a wonderful caring person who tries so hard to help and make everyone feel comfortable at 3Dice. I'm sorry you had a bad experience there but judging from your post here I think Anna did the right thing by banning you. I know they DO NOT like banning people at 3Dice so it must have taken a little more then your telling us for that to happen.

P.S. If your losing in real you don't have to play, they have some wonderful tournaments and chat games for people who are losing or just want to sit back and relax with friends.

OK My Point was missed. When overflow gets high in casino or chat there is always another rep that they can call in. My point was things happen and they have hard jobs. Some people make there jobs a little harder. They just don't ban people for the fun of it. They didn't wake up and say I really don't like player X and his friends Y and Z I'm gonna be rude to them and start banning them. Something was done, most likely many times before a ban occurs.

Really depends on what you said. If you say their slots are tight after winning a bundle I would have no problems with it but they might think it implies they are cheating. Your tone and attitude is very important. So, like X-raided said, show us the conversation transcripts.

I am sorry that you feel this way however there has to be a mistake here. I have been flustered with the games sometimes, and have "sounded off", as others have, yet I've never been banned. On the other hand, I have talked to Anna many, many times, and not just about gaming and she is one of the nicest people I have ever spoken with. And this has nothing to do with money or playing at the casino. We have had genuine conversations and there are times I could tell she was tired, or had a headache and perhaps she wasn't her normal self, but you.know what that makes her...human. Why don't you send her an email and just ask her about the situation, I am sure she will take the time to answer. Plus please remember this, it is hard to convey feelings through text so perhaps how she came across to you was not as it actually was, and vice versa. It never hurts to ask.

Anna, Ellen, Enzo, Jared, Andrea and Lance have always been great and I have never personally seen them treat a player without respect, apart from those that deserved a warning in general chat, which is still done in a respectable manner.

Obviously we don't see PM's so maybe they turn into little green monsters then (tongue in cheek folks, just in case someone misinterprets it.)

The chat posting I made was not rude or ugly in any way! It was about the gaming! What she did was biased and it was unfair! I don't play for real money at 3dice so clearly some ppl can't read very well! Anyway, you die hard 3dice players can say what you want because I could really care less. I just want others to see my POV and not just that they are sooooooooooooooooo great all the time! IT ISN'T THE CASE! You don't like the thread, then don't read it!! I've been with that casino for over a year and actually do not recognize about 70% of the ppl posting comments on here about your opinion. These forums are for your opinion and some people just do not have respect for that. I, myself, have posted comments about 3dice only to get blasted by people I've never even saw in chat (a majority of them anyway). I have also been red boxed by Anna a couple of times myself for petty stuff but I'm still there playing tournies. I do agree they have gone very cold on me though.
I will say this, my favorite rep there is Lance...he's very nice. Anna and I don't really see eye to eye on some things sometimes so I find it best to avoid contacting her as much as possible. While, I continue to be a member at their casino, I've stopped depositing for a while.....I'm in a long down streak and find it best to do that. I hate to hear your exerience with the casino and can see where you might get your opinion from. I just wanted to throw my two cents in on it since 90% of the folks that responded basically wanted to hang you up by your toes (LOL). You aren't the only one with mixed feelings about them....I sorta feel the same way but not as bad.

Because I only said it once. I didn't berate the point. When I first started at playing at 3dice, I was a real PITA, I knew nothing on how anything worked there. I chatted with the CSR's in chat, e-mailed them countless times and NEVER I repeat NEVER was treated like a PITA. They treated me with respect, and professionally.

Never in all the time I have played there, has any of the CSR's been rude towards me. Always helpful and polite and friendly. Loving or hating this site has nothing to do with the way I have been treated. You may think you were treated horribly, but if you have come here looking for people to stand behind you and "pump up your ego" you have come to the wrong place. The site has won the CM awards because WE the MEMBERS here at CM and PLAYERS at 3dice have voted for them. Their name was not drawn out of a hat.

You don't like the site, don't play there, go somewhere else. IT is as easy as that. The CSR's take their job seriously, and are good at it.

Just a quick note on what you are saying. You've won RJ's on the casino so I could see why you love them so much but neither you nor I can sit there and say that this person did or did not have a bad experience with the CSR mentioned. It is his opinion after all and he's entitled to it just like you. I think he did state he doesn't play there so I'm confused on the don't play there comment. I do play there but only for the tournies right now because I lost my shirt already with them...LOL. I try to treat people with respect when they post their opinions on here and just because I do not agree with it, doesn't mean they are wrong or feel justified in the reason they posted it. People need to be a little more conservative in their bashing of people who differ in opinions on certain casinos. That's all I'm saying...let's all just give people a chance to say how they feel without blasting them for their opinion. Let's all love one another and stuff...lol!

Ok if I may ... You are here to ask for opinions and suggestions ... Now the problem is, you gotta see past the "taking sides" scenario as you are not doing yourself any favors.

Now, there are 2 kinds of people here that might tell you the error of your ways. Please try to view this rationally instead of getting your knickers in a knot.

1st , there are people who have dealt with Anna directly ( the so called fan boys) are contradicting you because according to them she has been extremely nice to them. Now put yourself in their shoes and think, if someone has been nice to you all along and all of a sudden someone that you don't know bags them, what would you do? ... Also, if there are so many people saying she is extremely nice, statistically alone you have lost the battle (take it with a bit of humor please).

2nd kind are the ones who haven't been in direct contact with Anna (must say I am unfortunately in this category). So for people like us who would like all CS to be perfect, still need to see some sort of an evidence for us to base our input on. Again, from where I am standing and looking at all the posts in favour of Anna, statistically you are screwed again.

My suggestion to you (In a sincere helpful fashion) would be to either try to get some resolution on the matter by speaking directly with the casino and it's reps and documenting why you were treated unfairly or play somewhere else where you get treated the way you deserve. If you were treated badly like you say, they lose your business. If you weren't treated badly and you are just venting irrationally they lose a VIP (very irritating person - according to them lol).

When I had a means of depositing at 3dice, I won a few times but won nothing compared to losses. I never receive emails from them, comps are poor as are bonuses and the payout on slots is low, just IMO.

Unless they find a deposit method such as visa/mc/AE I have no means of deposit even if I wanted to play there again.

You must love 3Dice if you are using you spare time to play there for free! Now and then there are players who gets extra pissed because they are banned at 3Dice, I guess that the community with chat and stuff makes people feel more offended when they are thrown out from there.

I'm done with the posting because clearly most people on here are not open minded enough to realize that someone could actually in the history of online gaming have a bad experience with 3dice! I mean REALLY?!

When I had a means of depositing at 3dice, I won a few times but won nothing compared to losses. I never receive emails from them, comps are poor as are bonuses and the payout on slots is low, just IMO.

Unless they find a deposit method such as visa/mc/AE I have no means of deposit even if I wanted to play there again.

What's that got to do with anything? It's totally irrelevant to the issue at hand and just looks like you're taking the chance to whine about losing again.

Just for everyone's entertainment needs, jturner128 and dreamgirli27 are using the same computer.

3 Dice is excellent! What's all this nonsense about their live support being rude? Hog wash! You should be busy playing the games, not chatting up the support people. They've always been nice to me whenever I had a quick question.

I can't say enough good things about 3dice. It's the only online casino I've won consistently at. I just hit a sweet jackpot a few hours ago! Check out my screenshot!

the comps are not better than the RTG I play and the posts have been about many things regarding 3 dice. I didn't complain that I lost. Stop twisting my posts. I said the payout is poor.

Just wanted to chime in and say, to be realistic, Anna is superb, she´s indeed a caring person, but she is also human, just like you and me.
I`ve seen her in hulk mode once or twice, always with good reason.
Most regulars in chat, are like a bunch of kids sometimes, and i can see why sometimes it+s nescesary to put a stop to it.
(i`m one of the biggest kids btw)
I didn`t really believe the O.P., but i am slightly biased.
Seeing now this thing with dreamgirli etc, is enough reason to lose interest for now.
If anything is coming out of this.. i`ll find it when this thread is updated ^^.
Back to Anna, and for that matter Enzo, Ellen, Andrea, Karen, Lance and Jared+ they are a great bunch of people, very easy to communicate with.
if anyday there was an issue with me personally, i have always been able to sort it out in an adult manner.
We as humans appear to find it hard picturing ourselves as being unrealistic, wrong, or even unpleasant in our manners and/or wording.

I just love how no matter where someone post an opinion of theirs others will come in and bash them. The Democrats bash the Republican and vice-versa. Not everyone will always have the same experience w/ any support group, even the people at the suicide hot-line have bad days and aren't the most friendly. Firemen, Policemen, Ambulance Drivers, Nurses, Doctors, and Priest have bad days. You ever been "flipped-off" by a Priest having "road-rage"............... it does happen, no one is perfect. It takes to ADULTS to reach a MATURE resolution. Bryan, thank you for pointing that out, but also i think some of your time might be better spent w/ return e-mails to people that report "overly aggressive heckling posters" that try intimidating the new posters. "IMO"
