I have to mention redbet as well as one of the best for 2013.
I was gambling and losing badly the other day. I went into chat and the lady there made a very good judgement about my state of mind at that moment.

The advise she gave me was not, what you would expect from a casino: " Please try again, the next big win is around the corner!" But instead she said: " We at redbet advise you to stop playing for now and do others that you enjoy" So that gives me the feeling they really care about their players instead of just wanting to make money.

I stopped, did other things, came back fresh and was lucky enough to make two withdrawals. And both were paid within one hour Redbet you are absolutely excellent and for me another contender for casino of the year.

Worst Casino 2013- i don't play at worse casinos lol, but I would say we have a good contender in Virtual group

Best Casino Manager 2013- ANNA, ANNA, ANNA. For USA players, we have so many issues with payments, bonuses and other problems all the time. Not many of those coming from 3dice, but if there are some, Anna and 3Dice will do best to resolve them quickly and conveniently
Best Customer Service 2013 - 3Dice again, Anna, Jared, Lance, Karen, Ellen, Andrea and even Enzo sometimes lol are the best group to support customers.

P.S> while I really like to play at inetbet and club world, I must say 3dice just win this award with customer support and outstanding service

Can we please add a category for originality?

3 Dice once again amazed me this year as Enzo and he little band of elfs not only decorated 3 dice but had Santa flying in real play, dropping off scratch card gifts randomly to customers. Around the world he had actual gifts mailed. Do you know how much planning that must have taken? Some people got candy some got cookies. I got cookies and hot coco and I'm telling you seeing my kids eyes when they say the hot coco tins. Thank you is all I can say.

He added special tourneys and tried to make chat fun for all to play.

This casino always amazes me with the amount of work and effort they put in during the holidays. Halloween blew me away this year as well. Sometimes a casino deserves bonus points for just making the place a happy place to be.

Signing into 3 dice this year at xmas was like opening the front door of my mothers house and walking into a room of decorations, warm smells of cookies and just a happy place you don't want to leave.

As a USA player it's nice to have a casino do all of this and so much more for me. Thank you and I think we need to figure out a special award of some sort for them.

It is normally accepted that less competition in a casino market does not bode well for the player. With that being said, being a US player your limitations are even greater. 15 Accredited Casinos that have games based on 3-4 different platforms...Not a whole lot to choose from. Historically, lack of competition can easily cause reduced customer service quality on the front end and make a service after the sale approach to customer service practically non existent. THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS.....Among the 15 or so that are accredited by CM to me there is one in particular that clearly stands out and conducts business as if they are operating within a perfectly competitive market. Hats off and glass raised to the entire staff at 3Dice for a job well done. Congratulations.

Biggest surprise 2013: Tropeziapalace, OK it was my mistake in the beginning, but after sorted out the issue I`m impressed.
Best CS 2013: Fredric from Tropeziapalace, great guy, he did everything right.
Bad experience 2013: RTG casinos, without Neteller or Moneybookers it`s hard to make a withdrawal. You always have the option to withdraw via bank wire. You have to pay 60 Dollars for that, no thank you. One casino has the option to deposit via CC and to make a withdrawal via CC. But I was told 2 times that this opinion is not for me unless I verified my account. No, thank you.
Another casino wanted to make me believe that when I deposit via paysafecard I can make a withdrawal to my paysafecard, no thank you.

All in all a positive year.

I love 3dice and for myself is the only option that works best for me ! Easy deposits and withdrawls, which is great for being in the US. The staff is always extremely helpful and do everything in a timely manner. My votes for sure will be for them !! Happy Holidays everyone !!

One of my favourite casinos is noxwin, basically not well known, as i´m not finding that much info about noxwin. comparting to my other casinos where I play, they do have the most timely support who where always able to help me out. this is one of the important aspects, next to withdrawing.

Very good experience also is Guts, Casumo, Interwetten.

In case you're wondering why the awards aren't being published today (they were scheduled for today) - I was about half way through with them a few days ago and the file became corrupted without a backup. <sigh>

So, I've been spending my time rewriting them - they're actually better the second time around. Hope to have them published by Monday
