Hello Casinomeister Community,I am opening this public thread to create a permanent, high-severity warning regarding a predatory and long-standing regulatory breach operated by CyberArena Ltd, the parent company of Tap Tap (tap-tap.asia) and Aspenbet (aspenbet.com).

Case Reference:- Parent Company: CyberArena Ltd (Belize / Dublin, Ireland)- Violation Type: Long-Standing Breach of Permanent Self-Exclusion- Financial Impact: €100,200 total loss (Unresolved PAB Case closed in Feb 2026)

What Happened:Long before 2025, I requested and established a strict, permanent Self-Exclusion on their platform for my own financial safety. However, Tap Tap completely ignored this legally binding responsible gambling mandate over a long period.

They willfully allowed my self-excluded identity to remain active, bypass security, and continued to systematically accept my deposits over the years, leading to a catastrophic cumulative loss of €100,200.

I submitted an official PAB ticket to resolve this severe long-term violation. However, as documented by Max Drayman in the 2026 logs, the operator completely boycotted the Casinomeister team and refused to respond to official mediation, forcing my case to be closed unresolved.

The Link to Aspenbet:It is verified that Aspenbet operates under the exact same corporate umbrella (CyberArena Ltd).

They share the same management and player database. If they willfully violate a long-standing permanent self-exclusion policy and ignore a €100,200 dispute on Tap Tap, they will expose vulnerable, self-excluded players to the exact same danger on Aspenbet. Conclusion:CyberArena Ltd, Tap Tap, and Aspenbet are predatory operations that actively exploit self-excluded players.

I am sharing my own traumatic experience publicly so that when potential players search for "Aspenbet review" or "Tap Tap safe" on Google, they are warned about this massive €100,200 systemic failure.Thank you to the Casinomeister team for their efforts during my PAB process.

Hi there. I have removed the 'Warning' from the title so people do not confuse this thread as an official Casinomeister warning. I have also broken your post up into paragraphs so as it is easier for people to read.
Hi Webzcas, thank you for organizing my post into paragraphs, I appreciate making it easier for others to read. I understand your reason for removing 'Warning' from the title to avoid confusion with an official Casinomeister warning.
However, I hope the severity of this €100,200 systemic failure still gets the visibility it needs so other potential players remain aware. Thank you again for your assistance.

"Thank you for the update. This is a clear confirmation that exposing their fraudulent tactics and license manipulation works. However, we must remain extremely vigilant. Companies like CyberArena Ltd rarely disappear for good; they often execute an 'Exit Scam' right before closing to freeze remaining player funds.
Furthermore, we need to monitor if this closure is just a precursor to a 'Phoenix'.
