Sorry Guys but I wanted to show you some email commentary sent to our Customer Service Guys because we turned them down for a bonus after we checked their account and found that they had already Received 5 No Deposit offers and had yet made a purchase.

These are hard working folk and should not be treated like animals they too have family's and mouths too feed and the respect shown to them should be the same as other business partner..

Lets try show them some R-E-S-P-E-C-T and be dignified in our responses to them after all they are here to deal with your issues to the best of their abilities.

Anyone who deals with the public via email almost certainly has many, many examples of that particular kind of gem. I know I've received A LOT. Of course I am Le Petit Anti-Christ so perhaps that's to be expected. :rolleyes:

Wow.........Talk about someone with "Issues". Sad part is this disturbed person is running loose. I'd hate to be the cashier at 7\11 when this person thinks the coffee is cold or something. Just goes to show ya how much pent up anger and rage people have these days . I hope they get some help before someone feels this persons anger first hand.

This type of thing happens once in a while, and the best thing to do is Laugh at it........A few years ago before going to the Philippins to visit our InLaws, and start building our house, i had a brilliant idea......Join a Philipino message board. The e mail listed in the OP was nothing compared to the post made to me by members of that site........I was shocked at the first post, mad at the second, and just laughed at all the rest of them. I would post what they said about me, and my wife, but some of you are not over 35, and could not handle what you saw............:p

Most businesses from time to time will get vulgar and threatening customers. The author of the above is clearly lacking any kind of respect, and more than likely has great difficulty functioning properly in society. It also shows a lot of immaturity and limited educational/life skills. This is a person who is angry, lashing out not because of anything the casino has done, but because he wants someone to blame to vent his anger, for his own personal failures in life.
I suspect he is probably also an habitual drug taker.

In the UK many companys now have signs displayed in their reception areas warning members of the public not to be abusive towards staff as it will not be tolerated. This is a sad reflection of the times we now live in. Thankfully the majority of people do not behave in such a diabolical manner.

Anyone who demonstrates such appalling behaviour should be immediately banned from the casino, and have their details circulated around other casinos, where possible.

You can't reason with people with this kind of mentality, they are the dregs of society, sadly society can only deal with these people if they fall foul of the law, not if they fall well below what is the expected behaviour from a decent citizen.

:eek::eek::eek: i dont have alot of good things to say about a certain customer service group, but i was raised with the manners of trying to be polite, even when i had to bite my tongue, lip or my one typing finger i use.

Imo, anyone who types something like this to a CS agent should have their account closed asap, no if and or buts about it:mad:.............laurie

Yup, close the account.

Maybe there should be a blacklist database somewhere, that only confirmed casino management can access, where all the details of all the cheaters, colluders, abusers, and people like this could be listed.

The DB could be cross checked before a signup was allowed, if they had a history of cheating, disallow the signup with a message like "Sorry, you have been blacklisted". If they had a history of bonus abuse or abusing CS, a big red flag would be put on the account like "Warning: Abusive Player".

Unfortunately, some of the rogues might abuse the system.

As funny as these PMs and mails may seem, and no matter how wrong the respective senders are, my opinion is that neither Miles nor Max should have posted them here, for reasons beyond the fact that they are inane and offensive.
 
Believe me, I thought about that, and it's a worth issue to raise. On the other hand I think these were intended more as public addresses than private communications. These guys would be up on soapboxes shouting this stuff if they could figure out how to get their shoelaces tied.

Given the public nature of the other attacks from Kildare, for example, there is no reason whatever to assume that this one in particular was intended to be anything different, especially since it was sent to multiple email addresses here at CM. For these reasons I don't see this as a breach of the Forum Rules "No posting of privileged information" rule.

There's also the "customer is always right" angle to consider here too, IMHO. People too often assume that the "offended party" is innocent and deserved "another chance" or whatever. Truth is sometimes they're just barking a-holes who deserved every bit of they curb they were shown.

So in that respect I think of these posts something of a public service, giving the readers a rare glimpse behinds the scenes as it were.

If we were to begin making a habit of this then there would be a problem. But in special cases like this, once in a blue moon ... I see a line in there somewhere and will all respect Spear I don't think either of us crossed it.

PS. moved the thread 'cause it didn't really seem like an "Online Casinos" type of issue.

I run a site that offers free games.
Part of allowing people to play these games requires one to sign-up via a legitimate email address and use a G rated user name. A activation link is sent when the users confirms their email they gain access to the free games.

As a side note, site T&C's clearly state user emails will receive marketing.

Well I get this one clown who thought he be a smart ass & add offensive user names and dodgy email addresses. Of course each time I denied access.

After the 20'th time of knocking this clown back, I get a barrage of crap from him. Telling me he just f#cked my grandmother in the ass and some other flavorsome adjectives.

A quick check on the headers revealed this GOOF sent it from his work email :eek: Yep a dickhead is born every minute.

Fire a forward of the email to his work including the header data.

A few day later this clown contacts me again, stating it was all a joke and there was no need to contact his work, because he got into a lot of trouble and nearly lost his job...Really.

BTW the email was sent, yep you guessed it from his work again. :rolleyes:

I dare say this guy wont be trying that caper on again.

And my question is why the minute I welcomed Miles did he come right back at us with this piece of crap telling us how we should be nicer and more respectful to CS at casinos. I would never talk or write to anyone that way and I resent it and therefore take back my welcome.

Its Time people realize that the Guys is Customer Service are there to help and support players like your selves.

The idea behind my post was to make a point that Human Beings need to be treated as such..


No One , No Gambler Or No Forum Frequenter has the right to treat people this way.

I was making a statement on behalf of Support centres everywhere. and a Pleee to all you good people to try have a little Respect for them not that you don't.

I had no intention of making a scene rather wanted this exact thing some dialogue between the good people and to show that as many of you that are out there there are those that could not care..

I thanked you for your welcome but .... I thought this was an environment where people could share there concerns for issues.

Your welcome to take it back if you'd like this was meant as a RESPECT campaign nothing more
