Sorry Guys but I wanted to show you some email commentary sent to our Customer Service Guys because we turned them down for a bonus after we checked their account and found that they had already Received 5 No Deposit offers and had yet made a purchase.

These are hard working folk and should not be treated like animals they too have family's and mouths too feed and the respect shown to them should be the same as other business partner..

Lets try show them some R-E-S-P-E-C-T and be dignified in our responses to them after all they are here to deal with your issues to the best of their abilities.

I don't think that highly offensive feedback warrants or deserves a response from the casino. The player's account should be immediately closed without reasons given.

Anyone who deals with the public via email almost certainly has many, many examples of that particular kind of gem. I know I've received A LOT. Of course I am Le Petit Anti-Christ so perhaps that's to be expected. :rolleyes:

Wow.........Talk about someone with "Issues". Sad part is this disturbed person is running loose. I'd hate to be the cashier at 7\11 when this person thinks the coffee is cold or something. Just goes to show ya how much pent up anger and rage people have these days . I hope they get some help before someone feels this persons anger first hand.

This type of thing happens once in a while, and the best thing to do is Laugh at it........A few years ago before going to the Philippins to visit our InLaws, and start building our house, i had a brilliant idea......Join a Philipino message board. The e mail listed in the OP was nothing compared to the post made to me by members of that site........I was shocked at the first post, mad at the second, and just laughed at all the rest of them. I would post what they said about me, and my wife, but some of you are not over 35, and could not handle what you saw............:p

Most businesses from time to time will get vulgar and threatening customers. The author of the above is clearly lacking any kind of respect, and more than likely has great difficulty functioning properly in society. It also shows a lot of immaturity and limited educational/life skills. This is a person who is angry, lashing out not because of anything the casino has done, but because he wants someone to blame to vent his anger, for his own personal failures in life.
I suspect he is probably also an habitual drug taker.

In the UK many companys now have signs displayed in their reception areas warning members of the public not to be abusive towards staff as it will not be tolerated. This is a sad reflection of the times we now live in. Thankfully the majority of people do not behave in such a diabolical manner.

Anyone who demonstrates such appalling behaviour should be immediately banned from the casino, and have their details circulated around other casinos, where possible.

You can't reason with people with this kind of mentality, they are the dregs of society, sadly society can only deal with these people if they fall foul of the law, not if they fall well below what is the expected behaviour from a decent citizen.

:eek::eek::eek: i dont have alot of good things to say about a certain customer service group, but i was raised with the manners of trying to be polite, even when i had to bite my tongue, lip or my one typing finger i use.

Imo, anyone who types something like this to a CS agent should have their account closed asap, no if and or buts about it:mad:.............laurie

Yup, close the account.

Maybe there should be a blacklist database somewhere, that only confirmed casino management can access, where all the details of all the cheaters, colluders, abusers, and people like this could be listed.

The DB could be cross checked before a signup was allowed, if they had a history of cheating, disallow the signup with a message like "Sorry, you have been blacklisted". If they had a history of bonus abuse or abusing CS, a big red flag would be put on the account like "Warning: Abusive Player".

Unfortunately, some of the rogues might abuse the system.
