Dont know what peoples thoughts are on this? But basically, Something does not sit right with Pokerstars playngo games where the taskbar at the bottom of the page is covered up by Pokerstars custom Taskbar.
Below is a blueprint game where the built in taskbar is visible with Pokerstars custom taskbar directly underneath.
PS1.PNG

Below is the taskbar on playngo from other casinos:
ps3.PNG
Visible is the balance, volume and the game built in game rules marked with a ?

Below is Playngo taskbar on pokerstars:
ps2.PNG

As you can see here, pokerstars have clearly covered the built in Taskbar. Meaning we cannot access the built in help files. why? well thats the million dollar question.

My guess would be to disguise what the RTP of their games are. There is a seperate button on the top left of the application which loads a helpfile which states around 96%. However, I am not satisfied as it's not the built in version. Moreover, Netent and Red tiger games are on the much lower RTP versions between 89% and 92%.

So why would Pokerstars have Playngo on the top RTP and other providers on not just a lower RTP (typically 94%) but actually much lower than that yet have Playngo on the highest RTP? Then go through the process of covering the built in helpfile yet on other games NOT cover the taskbar?

I could be looking to much into it, but what do you guys think?

Click on the pokerstars icon top left and you can get the help file. They are running play and go at max, sadly not Red Tiger.

Edit: Saw you covered that in your post.

Just opened there a couple of accounts using VPN from Germany and Austria. Tried to see the true RTP they running at through the inspect element option, and the below is what I was able to see;

Then logged into my Unibet, Betsafe and CasinoEuro accounts to check what it looks there.

So, to trust Pokerstars or not - you decide! ;)

Thanks Guntis, defiantly shows something perhaps not quite sitting tight.
@colinsunderland I know that Pokerstars have added the option to review the game files through a seperate link, but that doesnt mean that it's the game file from the built in version.

You're looking at the wrong file on pokerstars.

@Benjboy87 they are running at 96% looking at the network traffic, and the help file is served from playngo not pokerstars

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

https: // ps01cw.playngonetwork . com//casino/gamehelp?pid=501&gameid=416&lang=en_GB&brand=&jurisdiction=GB&context=&channel=desktop&currency=GBP

Thats the url for the helpfile they are showing on legacy of dead

Also, just to say, they are owned by Flutter now, who also own (amongst others) Betfair, PaddyPower & Skybet, so very much doubt they would be doing something as underhand as Coral and Ladbrokes did.

Hmm... I think I checked the same file as on Betsson sites.
Pokerstars - ps01cw.playngonetwork
Betsson sites - bmlfly.playngonetwork. When clicking on the Pokerstars one it didn't show me information like which is available on Betsson.

There are 3 files with the same name, check the others :)
