Pokerstars Casino Freeplay Bonus Question

I got a promotion for $10 free play at the casino. It says you have to earn 2.5 redemption points.

I checked live blackjack as an example and it shows you have to wager $44 to earn 1 redemption point. So basically if you accept this $10 freeplay at the casino, your pokerstars balance will increase $10. But you cannot cashout until you wager a total of $44 x 2.5 = $110 correct?

I had created a thread a while back on if bonuses were good on online casinos but most say it isn't due to the ridiculous rollover.

However, would you say this rollover is pretty reasonable? Obviously you could player other games in the casino as well where the rollover is less but obviously those games are much worst.

Is this freeplay bonus worth accepting? Also im a bit confused but when pokerstars offer you a casino bonus... is it always a freeplay? Or could it be a cash bonus?

Example you have $1000 in your pokerstars account. You accept this freeplay bonus. Now your balance should be $1010? Now let say you make a $10 wager. You lose... your balance should be $1000 now right? But if you win, is your balance $1010? When i think of a freeplay, i think of it as not added to your cashier. Thus if you lose, your balance stays the same. But if you win, you just add $10 to it.

But can someone confirm here its basically if you accept the freeplay $10 bonus, you have to wager $110 at the live blackjack table before you can cashout? Also would betting the minimum $5 per hand be the ideal solution? I'm curious what the EV of this freeplay bonus is if there is any?

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Finding this place confusing myself. Have joined, deposited £100 now I have a balance of $450 (yes dollars) including bonus money.

Within minutes (even at 2am) I had a e-mail saying my drivers license was verified along with my gas bill.

Now I have to accumulate around 1000 stars before I can cash-out!
