Decent enough casino, but my big concern with them is that they don't have 24/7 support and you cannot set responsible gambling tools yourself, you have to get support to do it. This is something that really needs to be fixed.

Yes, we are currently working on making it available in the frontend. It is undergoing an update to align with new regulatory requirements, and the CS-requests are an intermediate solution for now.

Just an fyi. I registered for this casino and it would allow me to deposit.

However in the terms you say Ontario Canadians are not allowed.

I see serious issues in the future if this is not fixed. If we cant play there, exclude us from registering.

Would it be possible to share with us your username, so we can check this case internally? Ontario is indeed a restricted province and we have an automated IP-block in place for users from this Province, that should make it impossible for them to register. Even if the registration occurs, then still not a single game should be visible, as a second safety measure. Was that the case? Or also not?

Sometimes for cities that are bordering other provinces, it's possible for an IP to be detected as being from Quebec (for example) as opposed to Ontario. We'd be interested to check if this was also the case here or whether there were other anomalies.

Things like this are very valuable for us to know and investigate, so we truly appreciate your feedback and hope that you will also share your username with us for further investigation (here or in PM).

I was able to register, see all the games and go to the deposit page and have deposit options available to me
