Anyone with William Hill/Neteller issues?

Bought in October 1, cashed out an hour or so later (early in the AM). William Hill claims to have "instant" funding to Neteller, but as of this writing (late October 2), nothing in Neteller. Their response to my first query was that "Risk Management" was reviewing the transaction since it involved Neteller (?) - all subsequent emails from me have not be answered (I basically wanted to know a time frame within which I could expect my money).

Has anyone else had any similar issues? Or am I unlucky in that my transaction fell so close to the weekend?

You got a reply from Customer Service, be thankful for BIG mercies! Still waiting over 4 months for them to reply to me, and about 3 weeks since I replied to a promotional email from their manager, explaining my lack of response from his CS department. Still waiting on him too, at least we know where the CS staff get thier lead :rolleyes:

Still, as I can't log in and they cant tell me why, their loss, other cryptos gain :lolup:
 
In my experience the answer from telephone customer service is "Sorry, we don't have a clue". It may be quicker, but useless.

11 digits , how do you believe there is still existing 11 digit 800 number

anyone can provide the williamhill 800 number ?

It is an international freephone number, (+) 800 35513551. which is probably 011 800 35513551 from the US.

My experience with William Hill is that they pay out pretty much instantly to credit cards. I have not used Neteller there.
 
WH and Neteller

My experience in the past has been that the toll free number listed for WH support does not work from the U.S.A. I used to play there regularly. However, I had a depositing problem with Neteller and WH in the May/June timeframe. WH was unavailable from phone, email and live chat. The problem was finally resolved when I contacted Neteller and had them to contact the casino. It took eleven days to resolve. They may be a great casino, but my experience is that they have terrible, terrible support.

I agree... Gave up getting their monthly bonus, because I had to write them 5-10 emails to get it. Support shouldn't be that unavailable...
 
Update:

Neteller funds in on Monday. About 2 business days after my cashout.

Comments:

Not exactly instant, but not exactly slow, either. I think my timing was lousy, since I cashed out late September 30 (early Oct 1, London time), and Oct 1 fell on a Friday. Not exactly pleased with their lack of response, but the positive is that they paid in a reasonable time frame.

BTW, I've never had a problem with the bonuses. So I'm unsure why others have been having that issue.
 
I'm from Denmark... They only give bonus to danes that are approved for the bonus. Which I am, but it's just too much of a hassle to get it...
