Hi there,

I recently registered with slotjar casino and deposited £30. Long story short I have managed to accumulate winnings totalling £3900! Withdrawals aparantly take 3 days to be looked at and 4 after that to be processed. I read their withdrawal policy which states a maximum of £1500 can be withdrawn in a week and £3000 in a month, can they do this as you are able to deposit much more than this in a month (if yoy can afford it). Also i have sent off a scan of my passport, two letters from the DVLA and HMRC a scan of both sides of my debit card (with all but the first and last four numbers and cvc code blanked out). Has anyone had any experience with this company? I believe the parent company is called progress play.

Thanks in advance!

Jamie

Hi Jamie and welcome to CM :D

This might sound now harsh but rather a few lessons as a newbie and you will be doing better in the future:

- when you registered you agreed with their T&C's - did you read them?
- why are you not researching a casino and payout times before you hand over your hard earned cash?
- payout max 1500 weekly and 3000 monthly - that should be your first red flag, any casino not able to pay decent amounts is doing so because they don't have a lot of cash
- why are you not playing at some decent and well reviewed casinos, there are over 700 online casinos licensed in the UK, many paying in minutes or hours?
- a few days for a first withdrawal including KYC is OK, slowish but still OK
- Progress Play has dozens of casino skins, owned or white label, registered in the UK, so you should be OK

Do more research before you register next time with a online casino, too many bad apples around!

EDIT: AskGamblers has sister sites of Slotjar among medium ranked casinos, so they can't be totally bad, but neither very good.

Progressplay now appear to have closed my account

Hi Harry,

Progressplay now appear to have closed my slotjar account. No reason has been given. I do have another account with one of their other shells which has also been closed. They have said nothing about my winnings...

What should I do? :(

Thanks in advance.

Have they given any reason for the closure?

You have 1shot for a PAB at an unaccredited casino here at CM, would have to check that Progress Play is not on the "no-can-do" list. But otherwise, you could submit a PAB and CM would try to mediate between PP and you.

All that have said is 'please be advised we have closed your slotjar account. If you have any questions please contact us' the only means of contacting them is via an unmanned live chat at present. I tried to call the number used for my telephone verification but there was just a recorded message telling me to use live chat. Do you think it is because I had an account with one of their other websites? :(

These are your next steps:

71. A. Any claim and/or dispute You have must be raised by You, by email to customersupport@instantgamesupport.com, within 7 (seven) business days from the date of the occurrence of the issue that You allege to cause such claim and/or dispute; such email must include any and all relevant information and documentation required in order to evaluate Your claim and/or dispute. The Company's customer support department shall review your claim and/or dispute and provide You with its decision within 14 (fourteen) business days from receiving Your claim and/or dispute. B. If You do not agree with this decision, You may appeal the decision by sending an email to customersupport@instantgamesupport.com, within 3 (three) business days from the date of transmission of the appealed decision to You, together with all relevant information and documentation; such appeal will be handled by the support manager, and its decision will be the final decision of the Company in this matter.

72. C. If You disagree with the final decision of the Company in respect of Your claim and/or dispute and would like to dispute it, then (a) inasmuch as it relates to any acts of the Company under its Maltese online gambling licence, You may bring Your claim and/or dispute following the receipt of the Company's final decision to the Malta Gaming Authority at support.mga@mga.org.mt; (b) inasmuch as it relates to any acts of the Company under its UK online gambling licence, You may bring Your claim and/or dispute following the receipt of the Company's final decision to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service, at adjudication@ibas-uk.co.uk.

Unfortunately, you have to go through their process as described in their T&C's, otherwise you won't have a chance with IBAS.

A. Write the email and wait 14 days,
- Within that period sent them a reminder every few days if you don't receive an answer.
B. If not happy, appeal
C. If still not happy write to IBAS with your case.

If all fails, you can still PAB here at CM.

Good luck!!

I would think if they re-opened the account means they have approved your docs. Try a withdrawal and see what happens.

you will get your money if u havent broken their T&C's but they do take a lot of time

i won from almost everyone of their sites and was always paid after pending period

you just have to have patience not to loose the money in the meantime
