I'm playing the Grapevine tourney @ All Jackpots, I have 2 rounds left (buyins are free) but when I try to go to the next round I get an error message that says:
"You failed to purchase a continue play(Unknown error)"

I'm wondering if anyone else is getting the error or if it's just me.

I tried but couldnt figure out how to join in, I then found out that I have to have an account at All Jackpots, my account is with AllSlots.

I don't know if you're interested, but this tournament runs for another 16 hours or so, if you want to sign up an account with All Jackpots. This is the last Grapevine tourney they're running - top prize is something like $2500 and all the rounds are free.

I ended up # 202 so I won't be winning anything....

Same here.

I had this same odd error, and even after leaving it a couple of hours it was still there. I contacted support who requested a screenshot.

I sent it in and they replied:-

Well, it's now 20 hours, and NOONE has got back to me. This happens EVERY EFFIN TIME with casino CS - they give you the old "we'll get back to you in....", but this rarely happens:mad:
It is always up to the player to badger away at them to get the promised reply. When things are "referred to the technical department", you can forget about a reply altogether.

Fortunately, I tried again, despite no reply, and the error seems to have cleared. I tried for my final rebuy and got the "an update is available". I chose to skip and play my last buy-in, but it won't let me BECAUSE I have not accepted the update. What is the point of giving the player an option to delay the new games update, only to find they need it even to play EXISTING games. MG have still lost the plot. I am STILL WAITING for the new games to download so I can play out my last Grapevine session. The process is buggy, the new games have not appeared under new games as they shoud, and the update got stuck on the "no worries" slot:rolleyes:
I have relaunched the casino a second time, and hopefully it will clear.

Sadly, this process needs to be repeated at ALL MG casinos, and refusing the update for later means I can log in, but neither purchase, withdraw, or play games UNTIL I say "yes" to 1 to 4 hours worth of update.

Microgaming are fantastic for those with a "gambling problem" you can't play for several days each month:rolleyes:

I hates them golden idols taking up time, and I hates gitting me free spins right as the time is running out... I also hates gitting interupted (I lost about 4 minutes of the last 'buy in') I have one or two left... gots ta git five lara's with a retrigger :)

edit: nope can't get back in #215 for now :(
