anyone having problems at GUTS

I just got an email offering 50% and 60 free spins, so I could not resist, deposited at Guts to try the 3 new games. I cannot seem to take a break for more than a week or two, so much for my resolution for 2015 lol.

Steamtower was neat, got to floor 13, but the game was running weird. Then I played Pimped, very cool, but a 10 line slot, really? Had a screen near full of wilds and was not a mega win...lol I like it though, all the same it crashed and hung a few times.

So then I go to DOA. Everything is messed up. It is spinning endlessly most times, without the reels stopping, so I have to re-launch the game just to get 5 or 6 spins in over and over. Sometimes when I do win, I see the credits post before the spin...strange!

I popped onto live chat to ask if there is any issues, and the response I get prior to reading this thread is classic. Clear my cookies/cache, try a different browser etc. The rep claims Guts has not been having issues....at all.... and that if I could jump through this hoop and that hoop they MAY consider opening a ticket, since there have been no site issues.

Don't get me wrong, I love Guts, and they can usually do no wrong in my eyes, but really? No issues at all? I wonder if CS is told to respond that way. My reels spin endlessly, and clicking the stop button doesn't even stop the reels.

To be totally honest I'm now gutted after reading your post as today's deposit was heading there for that very same offer you describe.

However looks like I might end up saving £20 as I can't bear anymore 'horrible game time' as its seems to be all I get these days, regardless of site / software.

I've had exactly the same issues (particularly the endless spinning of the wheels) multiple times during three consecutive deposits over a period of a few days. Although I received a small compensation for the nuisance, the standard reply from Live Support angered me too. I have closed my account since I do not expect a quick solution coming soon, and I get so annoyed during my game sessions that I am left with a pitch-black state of mind. I loved Guts, but this is just not worth it.

P.S. Live Support know all too well that there have been (and still are) technical issues, I know that because I chatted with them myself, and Joakim.
 
CS is arguing it is my issue, no one else is having problems, so if anyone else IS having issues with the server, please contact CS so they can open a ticket. They will not take my word for it, as apparently, they want me to reinstall all my software, change browsers, do the hokey pokey, and my fav clear my cache and cookies.

I explained, we have had technical issue - but there is not a now ongoing. There should not be a problem for you to play.

Progress, a second rep at least admits there have been issues, but will not just take my word for it, I must figure out a way to video capture the balance jumping issue, and the reels spinning endlessly after 5 or 6 spins each time, since a screenshot will not capture that. Without re-depositing I wont be able to emulate the problem to video capture it on my phone, upload it to my email, and then send her the video proof as she is asking for, so I leave it to the masses. Who knows, maybe I am the only one experiencing this???? Not likely, but maybe....
 
Clearing the cache does bugger-all on modern PC's because of the huge amounts of RAM and fast processor speeds they have. Limited results if at all. This is old pre-scripted 'advice' dating back to the first days of online gaming.

The issue (I'd guess) is the remote server being unable to cope at certain times, if at all. So yes, it could be an EM issue. Why one site seems to suffer worse than others, I don't know.
 
Sorry for everybody for the issues. I'll be forwarding the feedback to our provider and ask them to investigate.

Sorry Timo, we no you are not personally to blame and you re a bloody good site, Is there any reason to pass comments on to provider? They no the score and you except this? I have seen alot of people mention they give your site a miss for a while so I would be asking EV for some losses, I see they signed up the other day and nothing since,

You hear alot of time that people shut accounts when such problems acour, But as you can see not many has said that with your site as we no you are very good, But does come to a point when people has just had enough, That email you send out with 50% bonus should of been 50 free spins and not on star burst and any losses you get hit with than EM should put the bill,

To many errors across alot of sites in recent times and not good enough, Only site I played with no errors was spingenie and I think I have put a full head of hair back as was no stressing out, I tell you what a relief it is to play and not get any trouble
 
Well whatever the outcome, CS remained positive and happy, pleasant and polite. Still the best selection of games, fastest payouts, etc etc. I could write a book about all the positives.

Everymatrix seems to be the issue, is there no other provider they could sign up with? That would solve the issue real quick.... this situation dates back months and months now
 
I have stressed many of times about my dislike for 99% of CS.

Either the staff do no and lying OR they really do not no feck all, In which case just goes to show what the hell are they doing there and shows casinos do not really give a toss, either way there's no excuse in my books

I'm sure I read yesterday that Ben has addressed this issue on here, says he is 'working on it' and apologised many times and asked us to bear with him.

They are suffering too but this thread is about Guts, and many people in this forum are playing a lot there and maybe not the other casinos that are using EM.

All of the players don't complain either. They are just waiting and hope for the best.
Or they believe the CS and think it's their own fault. If they experience the same somewhere else too they probably think it's true :)

I've played in several casinos that are having the exact problems that Guts have this last week. Then I went somewhere else.
 
Not all players do complain but feel the stress, Also other players do not like to speak out in public, I mentioned a few months ago that one casino goes on the blink and others work fine, It looks like they pass on the trouble to next site,

Maybey it's time to choose another supplier than EveryMatrix Guts? Doesen't matter how good your CS are when your technical solutions are as terrible as they are. I also think it's says a bit about Guts' jugdement. How can we be sure that your other software, like payments, databases and so on, aren't as flawed as your casino engine?
 
Their netent games seem to be playing up though I had similar issues last week at energy casino so maybe this is not an exclusive problem. Microgaming + other providers at GUTS seems to be working fine for me but only netent is having that problem of balance jumping up or down inbetween spins so I'm never quite sure what my actual balance is at. From time to time the reel seems to be stuck on infinite spin mode too so I have to reload. Hopefully its sorted out soon which I have total confidence it will be!

On a positive note though I was playing super eighties just then and was having the infinity spin issue so I reloaded and forgot to change my bet (which was 0.40p) and it was spinning at $4 a spin on a $20 deposit and when I hit a few stacked wilds on reel 1-3 got $92. Thats a first for me lol.

One would assume they could be trying it in freeplay which AFAIK normally comes from a different server to the Realplay games. So it probably would be working fine for them

Got an promo e-mail from them today. Disgusting how they try to attract players into depositing without telling people their site are having serious issues.

I read that thrills problem was gone and since it's an Every Matrix problem maybe it's gone at Guts too. Have you checked or asked a rep?

Is it really a serious problem? I can agree it's irritating though.

Nah, I haven't bothered to ask a rep. Unless something has changed I guess the reps can't do anything else than us, play at the mercy of everymatrix.

To me it is a pretty serious problem as what they are getting money for is providing a site and slots that work properly.

I can bet that they are working to not having to use Every Matrix.
They have their own liscence so I think it's just a matter of time. I really hope I'm right about that.
 
Now Guts blames NetEnt

Below is the chat I just had with CS, they basically throw NetEnt under the bus for issues this week and last and tell me I am the ONLY one having issues now. Hard to believe.

It saddens me to say what other choice do I have but to not play at Guts. They will barely admit there are site issues, but there have been for weeks now. It's not my problem if they want to blame everymatrix, or Net Ent, or Santa Claus for that matter. Bottom line is that the games will not run properly at Guts, the issue has been dragging on for weeks, and there is no end in sight, no empathy or concern from customer service, no comps to make up for the lousy deposits due to fighting to get games to work......nothing! I have high expectations from the casinos I play at, thus I try to stick to the better ones. Guts is supposed to be the best. The way they are handling this leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. I don't need to hear CS say "It's not our fault" and telling me all along that no one else is having issues, only me, when this thread clearly shows otherwise.

If anyone can play DOA and other NetEnt games without issue at Guts, please share.....cause I still cannot. I will not waste another dime here until I am certain the problems are fixed, if then.

Seems that the play is from NetEnt. They have some issues at last week and this week as well. Yesterday we made already information to NetEnt and seems that they were already knowed and they are fixing the problem.

Blaming Netent hmmm...Then why did I have to reload Immortal Romance and Jurassic Park yesterday several times after error messages galore and '30 second spins' - Could of sworn these games were made by Play n Go :p :rolleyes:

Netent Issue and Promotions

Just a couple comments here.

Firstly we would never send out promotions if we know the website has issues. We had no problems with the platform since late Friday and then sent out the promotion for the Monday promotion. We cannot not send out promotions based on that something may happen in the future, we check with EM and take their word as the platform provider that everything is stable.

Yesterday after lunch Netent had a technical issue with their server centre which caused loading issues and issues with the game lag. We put those games under maintenance until the issue was tested in our hidden environment and Netent confirmed that the games were fixed on our side.

It is true that Guts and other sites on EM have had some issues in the past few weeks. It is of course frustrating to you and also is not the most fun for us either and we are working on changes that will solve this issue.

Every time I hit the spin button, it removes the bet from my balance, then puts it back while the reels spin, then takes it back out again when the reels stop spinning. I thought maybe it was my Flash plugin but I've updated and it doesn't seem to have changed. Is anyone else getting that or is it something to do with my machine? It's not a big deal, it's just a little distracting to have your balance flickering different amounts while you're playing.

I'm playing right now and it's still doing it for me - seems like it's intermittent now though. For awhile I thought it was fixed but then it started doing it again.

With regard to the balance 'jumping' thing me and wife both were experiencing it Monday's deposit(s) We even figured on one of our 'fave's' (DOA) that if you got 2 scatters and 'reels in hand' and the balance did not change during spin that the 3rd scatter was coming as the feature does not credit until 12th (or 17th wishful thinking) spin ends.

Kind of spoils it but I just covered balance over.

Had a little play yesterday and to be fair to Guts it did seem to be a lot smoother and spinning better than recent days so things defo heading in right direction :)
 
Just played a few hrs of GUTS tonight (busted out on all my small deposits unfortunately) and the site when playing any netent or MG games (I haven't tried the other providers) just feels a tad unresponsive.

Netent feels a bit better today I did not experience any infinite reel spinning animation but it just didn't feel as fast as it used to. I noticed if I tried to speed things up by clicking on the spin symbol to drop down all the reels in NetEnt it would make it even more unresponsive like the communication was trying to recover (i.e lag. Unresponsive meaning when I can next click 'spin' would take long).

Last time I played MG it felt fine but today I was playing a few games (in particular lucky witch) and the reel spins were not up to the usual speed I would expect from pretty much all the online casinos I've played. Even worst a few times I got booted (had that error message with lost disconnection or something) and I had to reload the page.

To be honest if I was winning I'd put up with it but as I was losing and the experience wasn't up to par it actually did not feel fun at all. Unresponsive, erratic slot behavior needs to be sorted out soon! Please fix it ASAP - I still like playing here and once its all back to normal I will have no complaints what-so-ever :p

I can confirm that i played a few times the past two weeks and i was lucky to have no issues at all, apparently.
I was impressed when i spotted the quoted bold part!
Found that a real smooth solution, and the cool thing was, it was fixed only a bit later, and then i literally saw the maintenance tag disappear and the games back in order.:thumbsup:


Regarding the fact that more EM casino's had issues, i can confirm that when people started posting in this thread i had similar issues on a few other EM sites. I guess Guts is more popular round these parts, which may have caused this thread.

Yes I seen the win, well done, They most likely banned you from MG after that :) It was a very good hit even if you was playing min bet .30 it would of been near 750, I have been playing 243 way for long time and most I won is about 150 of .30p,

I mostly only play 243 not always but mostly.
No I never actually thought to try a different pc, which I could do, and I do not use phone for gambing.

But today it worked fine, think I was credited $10 because I had $10 on my account which was good, so I could use it to test and seemed fine.

Which is a relief, as I hate playing elsewhere, seems sillymaybe ? But i prefer playing at Guts most times and its always the Casino I run to, when I have money to deposit into, but with that 4-5 days of issues and all down hill in seconds, I went and played elsewhere and felt bad. AHAHAHAHAHAHA! Ahh I am silly sometimes :P

But now it looks like its back to normal I hope.
