My "Christmas chip" was $10. Seriously?

Yes, they are the only places I play at now and was VERY disappointed in their Christmas offers. They weren't even as good as the weekly Slots Heist promo at Brango. I expected a big free chip on Christmas from both, like several hundred dollars big, but didn't get anything. I have taken such a beating from both lately I'm not sure I can even continue to play period or should continue even if I can financially (I know I shouldn't). Also, I realized last month that I hadn't received my monthly VIP bonus chip from Extreme in a couple of months so I mentioned it to them and they gave me that month's chip, but not the others I hadn't received. I should have noticed it sooner, but I shouldn't have to call them out on it to keep receiving it. I am beyond frustrated right now with the whole operation.

Guess that's the tradeoff of the regulated market, better security that you're getting honest games and that a casino can't just run off with your winnings, but your bonuses and comps get taxed out of existence.
