anyone else has problem cash out with Gigadat e-transfer?

they usually pretty on time . but last friday . i made 4 withdraw from unibet . i got the email said withdraw request received and i also got the tex message with the password for E-transfer. but i didn’t get the deposit. i have auto deposit on . it’s 3 days . i just wondering if anyone else had this problem with Gigadat ? and what’s next ?

I've never had a problem with unibet or Gigadat but I've heard others have had issues sometimes with Gigadat. I would try contacting them first.

I have had a missing withdrawal from VS via ECashout (Gigadat) since Oct 8th, first time in probably close to 100w/d's from them, I am still waiting.

same here . i have 2 missing withdraw via ecashout oct 9 and 10th . they want me provide pdf statement from the bank . i don’t think any canadian bank provide that . but it happened to me before few times . usually the money will just bounce back to my vs account in about week or so .

They asked and I provided the statement and bank transactions showing there was no deposit from Gigadat from the 8th on........that was a week ago, still waiting.

i noticed few time when that happened is because the limit . they have 10k daily withdraw limit . and sometimes if it’s weekend let’s say if i withdraw 10k on saturday and another 10k on monday. i can almost sure the money will go missing . and which bank you are able to get the statement on specific data ?

RBC, through my online banking, its all there, every transaction, all clearly showing Gigadat in and out, I use 1 account specifically for gaming so all the transactions are fairly easy to follow.
 
Well instead of them asking you for a statement - if they have a confirmed deposit it will have a reference.

So ask for that reference - if they cannot provide then it has not settled and they will have to cancel that “advice” and resend - it’s not that tough:
Providing a bank statement showing no receipt is point less for etransfer - as soon as you get the email you can deposit it Anywhere the dumb buggers !
 
I’m sure this is not the case -but if you don’t have auto deposit set up you need to click the link in the email they send - and you guys have checked spam folders right ??
 
I think there was an issue around that date in general. Someone I know (Canadian) had issues at Unibet around that time (Fri 8th) where the withdrawal ended up being reversed back into their casino account. Tried again a couple of days later and the withdrawal went through fine.

Its not the deposit in question, its the withdrawal, and with Ecashout its an automatic deposit here in Canada, much like debit, just goes into the account, Gigadat says it was sent, never hit my bank so they want to verify no deposit was made from Gigadat.

Your not making sense; I am also in Canada - I don’t know what Ecashout is

I am assuming you mean E-transfer by interac - An interac when deposited gives the sender a reference - if they say It’s settled - is Deposited then it will have this.

If they cannot provide this - then it has not been deposited

And as I said before I have Auto deposit set up also but a couple of times I had to click the link in the deposit email and add manually - you have checked your junk mail folder right ?

Ecashout is bank transfer like wire transfer or direct deposit.

I am making making total sense, ECashout is a withdrawal method powered by Gigadat, so no, it is not Interac E transfer, it works by direct deposit into your account from Gigadat, I do not need to accept it, much like autodeposit, this works through your transit and account number, not email.

I have a missing deposit to VS from January 14th. After much back and forth with customer service, they forwarded my case file to the "relevant team." They got back to me seven months later on August 8th. It is still unresolved. So don't hold your breath.

My misunderstanding - if that is the case then yes it’s a matter of just sending them statement - then sending an email every two minutes till they pay attention.

(As it’s as was ACH transfer my guess they tried to deliver it on the very new FED holiday we just had, Truth and reconciliation day ; and it bounced back - if that did happen they will wait for funds to be confirmed returned into their account this can take upto 4 weeks. ; You can also ask them to do a full “trace” but that’s on them if they do or not)

Well they don’t know It’s and issue till it bounces back into their account; That’s why they need to confirm by reviewing your account - as it’s already “left” theirs so they see no issues.
