Another thing that really p****es me off with Rival Casinos is the so called "Live Support". What are they even there for? They can't do anything. Every single time I ask them anything, it is answered with, we will forward this to management, and you will receive an e-mail. I can e-mail them myself! Why are you even there? They say "Oh accounting and promotions can only be reached via e-mail, we can't even talk to them. We will forward your complaint." I don't even know why they are there. So sorry for rambling, but I've played at hundreds of casinos, and This is Vegas has by far given me the worst service, and worst experience of my life! I won't go into detail, because I'm the idiot who let them do it to me, but it has been an absolutely horrific experience!
