Yes, I have a suggestion. If the casino you are talking about has a rep. here you should contact them and see if they can sort out your problem. I would not suggest posting what you did here because it makes you sound like a sore loser or something. This is a serious forum, not the wall in a subway station.

Its not that they lie, What I have come to relize i that alot of cs do not no there head from toes, Just my experience so they tell you anythink they think is right
