Hey guys,

I love this forum and have been a member for many more years than my profile suggests. But just wanted to share my experience tonight. Frustrated me a little to be honest.

Saturday 28th Dec 20:01… Now I appreciate it’s not really Xmas any more but I usually don’t work weekends…

Private message:

Hello, just a quick message I have made a recent withdrawal and wasn't instant like usual it's actually been an hour. Is this because it's over £1k or just randomly sometimes can take longer than other times?

I was having a meal with my family. But it’s ok as at 20:45 he/she kindly let me know:

Ignore my message just paid 😃

Sorry to hear you had a short delay but please keep any complaints to reps to be serious please. :)

Best wishes.

I am disappointed this was not a full day of the casino rep world. :P
Apologies, I can’t comment for the non accredited “colleagues” of mine on here and if I’m being completely honest my messages on here are few and far between, but when it’s a “complaint” I prioritise and then had to vent. :).

Edited to make my post make more sense, thanks.

Well tbh as players we live in constant fear of being shafted by casinos when we finally manage to hit a big win so I understand this players worry as soon as something "abnormal" happens i.e payment wasnt instant as usual (of course a lot of casinos need days to process withdrawals so instant withdrawals are great but once they are the "norm" then anything else triggers the anxiety that a casino is perhaps finding a reason not to pay) - its not the timeframe, it's the deviation from the "norm" which causes their anxious message. If they were accustomed to payments taking 24 hours then they would have waited 24 hours before sending any message
He/she sent a message on a forum - I don't think they can be held accountable for interrupting a family dinner or contacting you out of work hours - not like they rang your doorbell and demanded payment lol
I guess the issue is if you become TOO available and accessible as a casino rep then some people will contact you too readily and not save it for a more serious issue - that's a boundaries issue
