[pab-in-progress]I opened up an account with a casino and played the new member no deposit bonus. After meeting the playthru requirements and making the minimum deposit I requested to cash out my winnings. I later recieved an email stating that due to multiple accounts linked to mine, I could not cash out my winnings. I chatted with the live help people to find out what other account could possibly be linked and how and the only info they could tell me was that it was linked by machine, ip address, and home address, and that the "linked" account was opened in march of '09. Now, I am the only person that has lived at my address for the last five years. My computer was not working for the last three years until a friend fixed it about two months ago. I have only had my internet service since about a month ago, and up until a month ago, I had never before played at any online gambling site what so ever. Also, my internet service is not wireless so there couldn't be anyone piggybacking on my service. It is entirely impossible that there is any other accounts linked to mine in the ways that were told to me or any other ways. Does anyone know of anything i can do to dispute this issue and possibly get my winnings? I tried emailing support but that got me nowhere. It seems that thier email replies are automated.[/pab-in-progress]

[Max says: actually the OP is only looking into the PAB thing. I didn't want their chances of a PAB to be ruined by this post, so closed up for now.]

Hello Stacey, welcome to the site. I am sorry that this unfortunate situation brought you here. Many of us have had problems with cashouts. It really depends on the situation. Do you feel comfortable naming the casino, believe it or not, there are many members that can give you a very quick reply, or advise with just a name.

In the meantime, checkout the Rogue section to see if it is there. Good luck

i will try and see what happens....

i will try sending max drinan a message and see, hopefully he can help. as far as naming the casino, i don't have a prob with that, i wasn't sure if that was allowed. there are actually two and i think they are owned by the same company because the people i chat with, and the emails i get from them are identical. anyways the casinos are simon says and slots jackpot.
