[pab-in-progress]I opened up an account with a casino and played the new member no deposit bonus. After meeting the playthru requirements and making the minimum deposit I requested to cash out my winnings. I later recieved an email stating that due to multiple accounts linked to mine, I could not cash out my winnings. I chatted with the live help people to find out what other account could possibly be linked and how and the only info they could tell me was that it was linked by machine, ip address, and home address, and that the "linked" account was opened in march of '09. Now, I am the only person that has lived at my address for the last five years. My computer was not working for the last three years until a friend fixed it about two months ago. I have only had my internet service since about a month ago, and up until a month ago, I had never before played at any online gambling site what so ever. Also, my internet service is not wireless so there couldn't be anyone piggybacking on my service. It is entirely impossible that there is any other accounts linked to mine in the ways that were told to me or any other ways. Does anyone know of anything i can do to dispute this issue and possibly get my winnings? I tried emailing support but that got me nowhere. It seems that thier email replies are automated.[/pab-in-progress]
