The Gran Online Casino seems very good mainly the graphics and history of every bet on roulete or BJ.
If anyone has good or bad experience with them Please let me know before I sign up.

Thanks
;)

In 1999 / 2000, a few players had bad experiences - to the tune of upwards of $300,000 in stolen winnings. Some was repaid, most not. All but a handful of those players have now quit the scene, so getting a handle on the precise number is next to impossible.

All long forgotten of course - except by Golden Palace, who used the stolen money to fund their relaunch to Cytech and then Playtech, after Microgaming booted them.

Not only wahat Caruso said, but they take about a month to pay your first cash in, they have below average email support and have ruined many high profile sporting events with their rogue advertising. I would not reccommend them to anyone as I was a person ripped off for about 2000$ by them in the past. How short the memory of many can be.
Cheers

I have been playing at Grand Online. I like the Cinerama Progressive. Only 25 cents a spin. I am a little frustrated with them now because of identification verification. I got married this last February and being female my last named changed. I called them to inquire what I needed to send them for their records. They stated a photo ID and a copy of my marriage license. In April I won $250. and called them to see if my account was updated. They stated that my photo ID that I faxed was too dark and they couldn't see my birth date. I stated it should be on my marriage license. They said it was and put me on hold to see if security would approve that. They said okay but I need to send a copy of the front and back of the credit cards that I had on file. I no longer had one of them since I changed banks and the other was also invalid due to getting a new bank card with my married name on it. I had just recently used Neteller with them so that I wouldn't have my bank account debit/credit card on file with them due to identify theft being so much in the news now. I still had the one card with my previous name on it and I also asked them if I should send another photo ID. They said I didn't need to send the photo ID. So, I go up town and fax more information and asked that they email me that everything was updated now. They emailed me that I need to send my Photo ID and also a copy of the top part of my bank statement with my name and address. So now I will need to make another trip uptown to fax more documents. All I did was get married and now I have to go through all this red tape. I decided to play out the winnings and forget about withdrawal for the time being. It just makes you wonder if they are stalling about paying out.

Yeah, but you can abuse the living crap out of their sticky bonuses.

If they ripped you off in the past ... I'd suggest working with a buddy at their 20 casinos and reclaming what they stole.

They stated that my photo ID that I faxed was too dark and they couldn't see my birth date...

Funny isn't it, how people who've said the same exact thing about the very first fax that they send out. Either get a better fax machine (I'm talking about the casino's end of course), or just let all the customers know it's a part of your waste time process. You might as well just say, it'll take a month, instead of getting people to run around having to fax and re-fax their information.

I was talking to one of their tel. reps. (very nice gentleman who works at the headquarters of that little operation based out of Quebec) told me that I was entitled to a bonus from a previous deposit (one that went unclaimed) over at Flamingo. He told me that I could cash-out at anytime without any playthrough. I said, "Thank you." He then said again with a slight pause, "You can cash-out at any time... ahem". Well, I should have taken that as a hint. Maybe he didn't mean that... well, I'll never know.

I'm originally from Canada, and I'm surprised that there are so many casino's that fall under the "bad" description which are based there (not including Maple). I would think that the standards there would be held-high, and they would investigate and eliminate some of these operations.

anyone

anyone playing more then a handfull casinos should definately get a printer/scanner/copier device (allin 1 device) so they can get those stupid faxback documents filled the easy way, and send them by email.
