Good morning all ; has anyone had any issues concerning contacting anyone at slotsmsgic ? I only ask as want to make a considerable withdrawal and sent in proof of ID etc via the website but I’ve had nothing back . This was two days ago . Tried using live chat but it’s just a bot , emailed , no reply . !! Is this usual for this casino ?

I think its part of Skill on Net and support is non existent now with them. Livechat equates to a response usually 2 days later and emails the same, so dont be expecting anything to happen in a hurry with them.
I would have played a fair bit with them in the past but gave because there was no access to support if there was an issue.

You could try and PM the Rep Krystal for them she was online earlier this morning and see if she can help you.

Thanks for the reply , I wonder why they have little or no support as most have . Hopefully I will hear something back soon . I always worry a wee bit when trying to withdraw for the first time from a casino. As I have been scammed on a couple of occasions

I suppose what I really want to know is will my winnings actually reach me ? Just quite pessimistic these days . But seeing they are an accredited casino on here kind of reassures me

They are slow paying but I would imagine you will get it. Also if you won on Friday, start of the weekend, it probably won't be processed until at least Monday.

Another one here that stopped playing with them but sure you will get your money in the end, have patience and DON'T play it back.

Well I have played a bit back whilst waiting for confirmation I can withdraw . All documentation has been verified but I still can’t ??? Tried logging in and can’t do that now so I have no idea what’s going on

Could I jump in on this opportunity as I have the same problem.
Registration was on Monday evening and all documentation was verified on Tuesday early hours.
I have email slots magic 3 times and tried messaging them on live chat which isn’t live at all.
My withdrawal has been pending for 3 days now. Could you offer any help please?

I'm also having a problem with Slots Magic, I'm trying to withdrawal funds and have uploaded the required documents twice but I cant get any response on email or the live chat after numerous attempts. I'm now becoming concerned

Good Morning,

I am also having an issue. My live chat seems to be stuck on the bot, I have a pop up saying they need some info to continue my game play (and It won’t take long) every time I press it I get no response. I have emailed and had nothings back. Had no response from live chat since 13th May!
