Any caddell reps about?

Unsure if they have any active reps on the forum and I wanted to get some user input on my queries aswell...

Is it reasonable for caddell group to carry out 6 credit checks on me within 5 months?

Was just having a little gander at my credit report just now and noticed that it flags up as a "more frequent than normal" check

May be that it's all pretty normal but I think if there is one group with multiple casinos then should they not be sharing info instead of battering someone's credit rating?

They shouldn't be doing any credit checks on you, are you sure they aren't soft checks? They can only be seen by you, and don't affect your credit rating at all.

Could wee be mate. It doesn't say.

It just says on the credit report that they have checked on 6 occasions. Whereas another company has done a check and it's listed as i.d. check only. But the caddell ones are not.

The descriptor varies quite a lot - unless it says credit checking application (and why would it) you’re fine. Sometimes it’s ID check, sometimes mentions ML check and then administration check. 6 times appears a tad excessive, normally only when accounts opened. I’d ask them why they’re stuck on a loop. Have you changed address 6 times in a year?
