I just wanted to share this story as I feel compliments are due when deserved.
I did win 50 Euro bonus money as one of the depositors last month at CasinoEuro.
I only found this out today when logging into my account.
I had not ticked e-mail notifications so I never received the message via e-mail.

Of course the 50 Euro expired so it was not visible on my account.

Went into live chat and spoke to a very friendly CS rep.
She told me she would see what she could do for me and within 2 minutes I was told they would re add the 50 Euro for me.

I mean,that is just 2 thumbs up for me as the bonus had expired and they could have decided to not add it back for me.

Another great experience at this casino.

That's why I keep coming back here every time.

Yes,did manage to get a cash out on those actually of €250.00.

I played at their site the other day, and noticed that they have gone from being on of the casinos with the best selection of slots, to one of the worst. Alot of it due to WMS games getting pulled, but I also see they don't have all newish MG releases aswell.
