Anjouan Gaming dispute process?

Good day folks!
Looking for a little assistance in regards to the process to file a complaint / request for arbitration in regards to a gaming dispute with an Anjouan gaming licensed operator.

I have searched their website up and down and I could not find the exact mechanism to file with the licensing. It only says to have the gaming site itself send in your complaint.. but what do you do if the casino is just refusing to answer?

Just curious to if anyone has proceeded in submitting their complaint. And how they have done so?

Thanks!

I filled it out and sent them my case months ago...unsurprisingly no response and they won't do a thing anyway. Had to leave my issue to Mastercard/Europol to deal with. My advice again would be do not touch these sites with weak licences.

You’ve precisely identified the fundamental problem with weak licensing jurisdictions like Anjouan: they are either mind-numbingly clueless — as they would have to be to suggest such a thing — or they really don’t give a damn and simply want to wash their hands of anything that even remotely looks proper complaint processing.

The uncomfortable truth is that properly processing player complaints is a difficult, stressful, complex process that requires a lot of experience and a very particular skill set, not to mention the issue of access to the necessary industry people which is much harder to come by than you might imagine. There are surprisingly few organisations capable and qualified to do this. This is why almost every licensing jurisdiction on the planet avoids going anywhere near the job and one way or another fobs the dirty work off onto someone else.
