I must be missing something. Yours is animated. I didn't change anything. Are you trying to upload a new one and it won't upload?- Joined

Yes! and it says that animated avatars are not allowed. I was trying to replace mine with a new one.

Mine is lightly animated and I just uploaded it recently.

I've fixed the problem. During the upgrade the uploading avatars was set to the "off" mode. It saved what was already uploaded, but wouldn't allow you to do it again. I've now enabled this.
