Has anybody had problems with these 2 casinos owned by the same company

I was doing a playthrough at different times with a free bonus on each casino.

I was playing the flash slot and got the scatters which did not click to change to winning character so I closed the slot reoponed it and the scatters had gone and the slot had reset to normal start play so I had lost the scatters.when I contacted chat they told me it should not have happened which I knew already .they just said to clear cookies etc..I sent an email to them with careen shot of before with the scatters shown and after with the scatters gone and have had no reply since the 16th may2014.i checked the company books on google and they were in debt in dec2013.i would be careful about this company as I now don't trust them until I see what happens to my query.the other thing is there was no ticket set up on the amsterdams casino for my query however there was a ticket set up on the gday casino..strange.Also I had played through quite a bit on Amsterdams casino bonus and yet it shows NO playthrough as have being done on the bonus page.

By the way I played the casinos on different weeks so I didn't know they were the same company when I played the Flash slot.

I will keep the forum posted on the outcome and if anyone else had a problem let me know asap.

Hi writeon,

I was contacted by the casino and it appears you are not being 100% truthful with your statement. They state that there was a graphical error with a game from NYX Interactive, however, the Scatter did payout correctly.

Also, your statement claiming that their company was in debt in 2013 is completely incorrect. You are referring to a subsidiary company that is part of a much wider group. Please refrain from making false statements that could be considered slanderous.

I've also been informed that you've only played a no deposit bonus, and the casino has given you additional funds to make up for the error. Why are you trying to damage their company by posting all of this? Please refer to our posting rules when it comes to posting complaints. Thank you.
