I hope I picked the right thread to post in. I'll be attending the Igaming conferference this June, would love a chance to meet up with some of the CM members.

If you want to meet up, I suggest you get something concrete up now (as in a venue and specific time) and then see who can attend.
I personally don't have many meetings arranged yet - so the sooner the better.

I'll be going to the conference as well. I'm already meeting with mister Casinomeister himself, but would love to meet all of you as well. (both players and affiliates).

We'll have a stand with open bar, where you can always come by and say hi. (Even our Panda will be there!)

I finally secured where I am staying. I don't know Amsterdam, don't know where most of you are staying. I will have wi-fi access and there are a couple of meet and greet events in several places.

And I really don't know how badly jet-lag will impact me, or just how. I might be available at 3am Wednesday, lol.

It's a real reason I chose the dates I did for our trip, not so much the conference, although it does interest me, but the chance to meet up with some of you.

In the interests of economy and comfort, I finally chose an AirBbB location here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/73720/

It's off the beaten track but it's right on public transit, so I can travel easily. They offer an iphone that I can take out with me too, or use as a mobile hotspot, a huge plus, and a kitchen and coffee and breakfast stuff.

Roaming charges for Candian phones are outrageous but I'll be on CM several times a day, and I'll try to make use of the conference app as well.

I was not really excited until today. If I'm excited from the time I book a trip, it's too exhausting, About a week before departure is just right.

Amsterdam is an amazing place. If you want to see the Anne Frank house, you'll need to book your tickets in advance. You'll need to do the obligatory red light district stroll at night (no worries - it's full of tourists), the Riks Museum, and perhaps the Van Gogh museum. And if you want to go on a canal boat trip, please let me know. There are several affy programs who do this, and they may be able to slide you in.

Canal tour is absolutely on our to do list. My daughter is also registered for the conference. She's got past experience in web design, still works in social media marketing, and will definitely be part of my team if I do pursue this career.

We have a Canal boat party on the evening of the 9th with a few spaces left. Lots to eat and drink.
Leaves from the RAI at 6.30 and ends up some where close to the official party venue

It's pretty late or early but 0450h here. Incredible and I caught up finally. This is actually the first time I read this post. We got in touch on Facebook and had a lovely evening in Amsterdam. Now knowing how to find the show and some of the booths we shall return tomorrow. Offered him a comfy chair to crash on. It's just 11pm at home and I should not drink coffee before bedtime.

Hope to meet those we missed today.

You may have misunderstood Sara.. we did meet up! I spent the night in Jazzy' and her daughter's cozy lil apartment, and i got to see the Meister and Max the next day! Also saw CasinoBen, who was 10 x bigger in real life as i had imagined, and looked much more dangerous then friendly (lol) which was quite a surprise, met Luckysox, who really turned out to be an amazing guy too, and i saw a Giant Panda, the Marvellous MrGreen himself, and loads of hot girls, aside from Jazzy and her daughter of course Also had a great talk with the guy from Elk gaming, one of my most favourite providers, in terms of Innovativeness and originality, although i did tell him they could up the pay-outs on coming releases, after which he gave me peek at their latest release, which is top secret, and as such really made me feel like i was part of the 'in-crew'

I later smoked a little reefer outside with some cool people, and i had plenty of Guiness'es at the Paddy Power stand, plus some other tidbits here and there.
Also got a job offer of sorts, which was totally unexpected, so all in all it was a great excursion!

I am not much of a photographer, like you, but i am sure some pictures will turn up somewhere, just not sure if i am in them

Was he really 10x bigger? I do remember talking to him and dunover in London and it didn't work out well. They are both tall and my neck hurt so I left them

Definitely planning on participating in the most renowned beer-fest @ Waxy's, and also want to meet a lot more people i have been dying to meet there
I did visit your stand, and saw the big Panda walking around a little later, but as i arrived it was empty, save for the cute bartender (bartendress?) and i was looking for Jazzy at that point, so moved on to the next stands.
