Hi,
I was trying to post a comment here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/my-new-site.57592/ but got a message saying I either didn't have access or my account was being assessed. And instead of the usual welcome message at the head of the page near my name, I got the message saying I was being watched - no funny stuff.
Did I do something wrong? Pretty sure I didn't violate anything. :( IF I did, can I put it right?
Thanks.

If you look at the bottom of the forum you will see the color code for different player types. Right now you're only crime is being a 'Newbie' . :)
I believe 'webmasters' can post in that particular section... so a PM to bryan or max may help if you want to be part of that group.

EDIT: Beaten to it.

Simple answer.

It's in the "Webmaster's corner". You have to register an interest through your account settings as at least a "webby" in order to be able to post to any threads there. "Webby" is pretty much automatic, and is for aspiring affiliates, or those with an interest in this side of the online casino business, including web design.

If you scroll to the bottom, you will see a "you may not" against posting, creating threads, etc.

Unfortunately, if you are reaching posts from a search, such as "new posts", it is not that obvious as you would tend to start reading as soon as it loads, and assume that as a member, you would automatically be able to reply.

The next level, "webmaster" is for affiliates, or those who run their own websites in connection with the industry. I believe this level is subject to some form of vetting, and it gives additional rights such as being able to include a link (but without any advertising lure) to your sites in the signature.

Non "webmasters" may not include links to their sites in their signature, but can include them under their profile.

I sometimes get caught out when composing a comment to such a thread, and not noticing it is in the webmasters corner. Perhaps I should upgrade to "webby", but then there will be no hiding place from Commander McBragg for anyone:D

Thanks everyone. Good to know I am innocent after all.
That's a first for me
Love the little easter eggs - at least the ones that aren't telling me off.
Cheers.
