Hello all
So Yesterday I decided to reopen my lucky 247 uk game account and wish I did not now . I wanted to play some tournaments games and free roll etc on reopening it and kept getting code errors 50614 MUTIT PLAYER CANT LOG IN FLASH UP on the screen even for the free roll games .I know on requesting when reopening the account they don't always unlock the tournaments so I emailed before hand to check on seeing if the account was opened I got the email below .

At 16.42pm Monday
Kindly be advised that as per you request your account has been re-opened.
So I went to check the account was opened and it was still closed with error code 101 account locked
I went on live chat again and got this
Me: its still closed
Me: got the email at 6.41pm
Adam: Hang tight; I’ll check your account details right now!
Me: I can re send the email for you to see
Me: i get error 101
Adam: Hang tight; I’ll check your account details right now!
Adam: Hang tight; I’ll check your account details right now!
Adam: please be advised that your casino account has been unlocked
Me: why was it not when she said she open it
Me: hang tight i just check
Adam: it's unlocked now as per your request
Me: yes but she said she reopened it ?
Then he just hang up the chat
Now I was getting a bit pissed off to be honest as I have had a number of problem's before with live chat and emailed them with a complaint and sent in screen shoots of the tournaments issues and waited for a response the only one I had was from the vip person saying she sent it to support and they are dealing with it .
Today I waited over half a hour to get on live chat to asked again about the tournament issues and got this below
Me: you never reopened my tournaments
Me: Hello please do reply to the chat
Me: H e l l o
Me: Anyone there
Me: H e l l o
Me: Hello ? been waiting over sometime now
Emile: Sorry for the delay I was on call.
Emile: Also bear in mind there are 10 other players I am also trying to help.
Me: really that many
Emile: Yes that is correct.
Emile: Let me have a look at your account.
Me: is that good customer service to have so many ?
Emile: What else can we do we have to try and help players at least.
Me: Yes but you should answer chat and not keep people waiting
Me: you were checking my account
Me: you emailed me yesterday said you reopened my account see above
Me: went to check it was still closed
Me: and I had to asked Adam in chat to reopen it
Me: He never opened the tournaments games and hence why I'm getting the code errors I sent a screen shoot in

She just cut me off again so I have no idea if my tournaments issues are going to get fixed ??

Any lucky 247 uk reps out there ? So you can sort this out and also try to improve wait time for live chat ?
