I am new here and enjoyed browsing through the posts.

Anyways I decided to try out a casino. I chose the Lucky Nugget bonus from here deposit $50 and get $200. I figured you had to wager 5000 on slots and video slots. Between sessions of Thunderstruck I played a lot of Jacks or Better and Blackjack.

Well I wrote them and asked how much I had wagered thus far since my account is at $650 now.

So I think I can't cashout now even if i make an additional $1700 wagers on Thunderstruck.

Oh well It was fun for 50 bucks =). About the same as going to the local casino here and blowing some cash.

Write them an email and explain the situation. The same happened to me a couple of times and I was always able to reason with the casino in question.

Players must wager an amount equal to twenty (20) times the sum of the deposit and Sign-Up Bonus amount they received before any withdrawals will be processed. This Offer includes play on the following games only: Slots and Video Slots. No other gameplay (including progressive slots) will count towards the fulfillment of the bonus.

That is from the terms on the bonus. So I assumed only wagers from Slots would count towards the wagering requirments.

I will wager the 1700 on slots later then write and ask for a clarification. The mail they sent me reads like wagering on any other game voids the terms.

Maybe I just misinterpeted what they wrote =)

If that's what they say in their 'real' T&C I don't think you have a problem. Looks to me like a clear case of excluded games just not counting towards meeting the wager-requirements.

If it just says it won't count towards the wagering requirements, then you should be fine. If it would have voided your play, then they would have already removed it from your account. Just do the rest on the games that count and you should be fine.

Met wagering requirments with about $250 to go. Decided to try out there cashouts see how they go. Still awaiting word on that.

I must say Microgaming Viper software is very fun to play. This was my second best ever session at slots. I played mostly Thunderstruck. Hit payouts paying over 100-200 8 times at 2.25. Never hit upping my bets after a big win. Of course the slots cooled off towards the end but was great fun hitting all those free spins and working my balance too a little over 1000. I decided to cashout 200 and see if I could hit something on JOB. Didn't happen but Maybe my next deposit will =)

For 50 bucks I had a great time doing there 200% deposit bonus.

Will update once I get word of cashout. I was probably just paranoid about a reputable casino using a loophole like that.

Cashout took two days. I will try them again sometime without a bonus so I can cash out anytime =)
