Without any notification All Slots Mobile closed my wife's account.
- First she deposited € 100 and won € 300
- Next morning, no login possible
- Sent them an email
- Got one back that stated they need an ID and Utility bill (no explanation why)
- Sent it out. But for some reason they just refuse to sent the paperwork to the financial department and keep asking for:
1. A Photo ID which is either a valid Driver’s License or a valid Passport confirming her name.
2. An original (not an on-line) Utility Bill not older than 3 months which can be a gas bill, an electric bill, a health bill or a bank statement, confirming her home address for any updates needed on her casino account.
Am I the only one with problems at All Slots Mobile? What should I do?
