Was wondering if any one who plays at AllSlots or any of there casinos (Jack Pot Factory) have been missing out on promtions by not recieving them.
I have played AllSlots for over a year and in the past I recieved promtions all the time with out asking for them or with out any delays but for the past 4 or 5 months its seems I have to ask for the promotions that I been promised by e-mail that should be automatically deposit in to my account.
For instant they promise a anniverssary bonus for there VIP players which I have recieved in the past but this time I had to contact them as days went by with out notice of promo.
It seems the bonuses are there but they forget to credit and If I didnt contact them I would of lost out.
Any one else noticing a change at AllSlots
Another example they had a promo yesterday deposit 100 before midnight and you will automatically recieve a bonus at midnight, there was nothing in my account untill I contacted them this afternoon, they looked into it and later credit me with what I was entitled to.
