Since a lot of these posts are lost in other threads of people complaining, I feel like the should be an official thread for search purposes so players can be properly warned.

All n1 casinos are requesting crazy SOW documents. Even on first time $20 deposits.

Paradise casino and live.casino and bingo bonga plus two others I cant emember right now have all demanded SOW documents from myself or some of my friends upon cashout.

For me persnally I closed all these casinos once I saw the proof of what they are doing.

Right now Im dealing with Live.casino who for a $100 deposit and basicicaly life time deposits of under $1000 spread throughout 3 years...I am being forced to provide pictures of myself that must include my shoulders and arms, proof of employment, proof of my pay for 6 months and other outrageous crap.

I spoke to their license holder MGA and they do not enforce casinos to collect SOW for lifetime deposits of under $20,000 and especially for accounts with life time deposits of $1000 and under.

However the MGA told me they will not do anything about it and I need to contact an official ADR.

Why is n1 interactive forcing SOW on such accounts when they arent obligated to?

Why are n1 interactive not asking for SOW before a cashout?

Why are n1 not paying players until all of these documents are accepted and approved?

N1 Casino is an Accredited Casino at Casinomeister
I mentioned this about a year ago to avoid playing at MGA licenced casinos operated by N1 Interactive, however it would be nice if N1 Casino rep comes here and explains players what wrong with at least their operated group, otherwise they all hide here under Casinomeister's wing and think we're OK, but in the reality they are pure pile of shite for players to play at.

They don't need to go in too much detail, simply they can admit they just want their current customers leave and go to play at proper casinos like Bitstarz or Winz ;)

P.s And don't come here with that moronic word "Dear", just be simple, that's the key here! Take LnL Jan, Winz, Bitstarz, Lottomart as examples.

Did you create a thread about it? I did a search on n1 before making this thread and didnt see any warnings. People really need to use the forum and create threads when there is an issue so we can find them.

A tonne of players, including myself do research on casinos before depositing. It would be nice if there were threads made by others so we can avoid these issues.

To be honest I think id rather deal with thepogg than MGA. At least they help where MGA doesnt seem to do too much at all.

The best license I ever dealt with was Kahnwake. Not sure of their reputation around here but my experience has been incredible with them.

Casinos must weigh the benefit before they do this? Is it worth it to lose players for life by giving them a really hard time. Do players reverse enough to make this strategy profitable vs long time players? Surely they know that players will close accounts and avoid them in droves? Ive went around and closed all of my n1 casinos in recent days. I know of others that have too. So only thing I can think of, it must be profitable for them to do this.

And I laughed at the "dear" part. Its like, hey dont call me dear all the time. Its weird haha

Have you contacted N1 Partners Group

If you haven't yet, please do.

I'm a bit surprised about your comments about Kahnawake - their reputation here is stellar. :D

They are at the top as a licensing jurisdition as far as I'm concerned.

Man those guys are actually the best. I deposited on gaming club casino and was down most of my deposit. I logged in a few days later and my account was locked.

I asked them why and they told me I excluded from their casino like 9 years ago and guess I forgot.

So I asked them how come your system let me make a new account and deposit. If I won would I have been paid and they simply answered, if you won you would not have been paid.

I told them well then you should probably refund my deposit if thats the case since I had no chance to win. They ignored me.

So I contacted the Kahnawake gaming commission and basically said "Im not really trying to reclaim my deposit because a loss is a loss but isnt it againt the rules to accept deposits from excluded accounts and then lock my account and tell me if I won it would have been confiscated?

They responded a few days later that yes it was against the rules. They asked me for my information, I gave it to them.

A few days later they told me they have advised the casino to refund my deposit and that I needed to contact the casino to work a withdraw method. The casino ignored me for about 2 weeks. So I told the commission the casino was ignoring me, they responded "ok we're on it". The next day I got an email from the casino asking for the info, I gave it to them and my refund was issued.

The entire process was truly amazing. They kept on the casino, they told me that if the casino ignores me again to make sure to let them know, they kept me up to date on the process and were awesome to deal with. PLUS im pretty sure casinos who have their license know not to mess with them..thats kind of the feeling I got when dealing with the casino.

Best gaming commission ever and to be honest its not really close for me.

Outrageous you say ?

Samosa demands me payslips from year 2022 even i havent depsited there that year ? :D

Have you contacted N1 Partners Group ...
I believe @lockinlove is referring to N1 Interactive casinos, not N1 Partners. I've been told in no uncertain terms that they are most definitely NOT the same people.

Just to clarify:
  • N1 Partners = Dasist Casino, Joo Casino, N1 Bet, N1 Casino, and SlotHunter. (see their Brands page

    ).
  • N1 Interactive = a great long list of other casinos, see

. These are the guys @lockinlove is referring to, IINM.
[later: that said, see this post in a related thread.]

Because you are a winning account without a deficit maybe?

Some call it 'trimming the customer base'.

You should know by now that online casinos don't like winners unless they are promoters (Twitch streamers).
It looks like from all the complaints here its a complete network wide change in policy to do this to all players.

Best thing players can do is close their accounts for life so they dont mistakeningly deposit here in the future because they forgot about this stuff.

They are making it literally impossible for people to cashout because the documents they are requesting.

Its too bad they went this route. I enjoyed taking bonuses sometimes and doing 30x wager instead of the usual 40x everywhere else.

I never understood why casinos do this to themselves. Unless they are so big they figure their loyal players wont care and all the pending cashouts people reverse is extremely beneficial to them.

I just want to add that this is not an only one time request. Every 2-3 cashouts some of these casinos are demanding a fresh new set of documents. So its clearly aimed at enticing reversals.

Live.Casino are total clowns.

I have total life time deposits in 3 years of $1100.

This is what they are requesting of me to get a $547 cashout.

front of license, back of license, utility bill, 6 months of bank statements, 6 months of pay stubs, a live webcam check, another bill statement and a selfie showing elbow, license, face and shoulder

I will never play on another N1 casino in my life.

Because.... *insert raffle*.... MORE PROFIT!

Because they realised how many people would on the long run give up, and knowing how much less money would be going out of the casino. Its simular to the withdrawl reverse or having a absurd 48 hour delay in between. They realised somewhere along the line that i dont know out of 10 maybe 4 put it back and spunked it. It's profit for the casino.

N1 group is pretty much looking on every bit they can find to cut spending. Just because of that i really would suggest not playing at their venture anymore.

They are very obvious at best.
They started to do that last year trying to blame mga for their atrocious stalling tactics.
Never played there since. Worst scum there is online.

SOW is mandatory, but the way they do it, sketchy as f. It is a obvious stalling tactic for the casino, esp the whole N1 group, not to pay out. Overall more profit for them. They give a rats ass about their player base over time leaving out of frustration. If MGA really bothers, you provide a SOW request upon signup. Or have the account validated upon signup, before you can even place a bet.

That way it's fair and anyone having a ban could be filtered out in no time. Casino's dont have to resolve to above practices. They got the house edge already. Now they want them payouts as less as possible. Thieves.

I am experiencing the same issue with multiple N1 Casinos. No big sums. It's a mystery to my eyes why they can operate this way. The MGA license doesn't mean anything. They just scam people meanwhile.

You guys should raise a PAB on this forum. @Casinomeister @maxd

I think they are willing to come forward, but you have to meet the requirements.

If the PAB does not work out then that casino deserves everything it comes to.
