How does an accredited casino keep its status as such, while it systematically removes "advantage players" from its bonuses, and then bans their accounts?

I'm genuinely wondering; I've read through a lot of material on casinomeister on fairness and honesty etc., this one doesn't seem to fit right now?

I don't know - you tell me. Last time I checked, most businesses reserve the right to refuse service to pretty much anyone they choose just so it isn't connected to race, creed, religion, or anything that could be considered discriminatory. Check their terms and conditions.

Is that the issue? Or did they refuse to give you some bonus? Or are you referring to some other threads? Sorry, but what you are stating does is not quite clear to me.

I understand the right of refusal, although I may not agree with it!

I did try to raise a complaint but the webpage said no forms were available to me.

In December, a number of players here were removed from ABCs bonus scheme. When asking on live chat, we were told that management decided we were not eligible.

I attempted to log in today, and I am banned!

I don't consider it a big loss.. but I do feel agitated that this casino is recieving new players due to their accredited status, expecting to be treated fairly and honestly.. it's not the truth!

HI Aaron,

Firstly, apologies for missing this, completely slipped under the radar.

Can you please send me with a message with your email address linked to your ABC account, and exactly what happened. Perhaps then I can throw some light on the situation.

Many thanks,
Ryan
