It's great that you intend to address this pending period as I'm sure it puts some people off depositing. The other small thing that perhaps you could look at in the future is the loyalty scheme, as a low roller I mainly deposit between £20-£50, that would be a lot of losing deposits before I could cash in my loyalty. (Which disappears if I withdraw) Maybe it could be cashed in when it reaches a pound or two?

There's lots to like about All British, regular promotions with reasonable wagering, great CS, and, I have not been disconnected from a game there. Really enjoy playing there and feel safe that I will be paid.
Deserve to be accredited IMHO.

I don't agree with your assessment of the situation. My understanding of the forum rules is that complaints must be posted in the complaints section of the forum. Which is where my views are to be found. A VERY disappointing outcome indeed for a casino seeking accreditation.

The norm in such situations, even in the bad old days, was that the casino would return the deposit to the player, void the winnings, and often close the account. The better ones would reset the balance to the beginning and offer the player the chance to "try again", still the same as voiding the winnings, but not presented in such a negative manner to the player.

For casinos, confiscating deposits can be dangerous as the player could pursue the matter via their bank, and under such circumstances would usually win, even though they would get banned from here. This is why even the worst rogues tend to return deposits when showing a player to the door. Voiding winnings is safe from the casino's point of view because this isn't something that can be pursued via the bank by the player.

In the UK, we have consumer protection laws, which now apply to UKGC licenced online casinos, including one that broadly states that the consumer "must be treated fairly" in how terms are interpreted and applied. In this case, a selective approach has been used in order to allow the casino to "win" the deposit, whilst voiding the players' bets that lead to the overall winning balance which was confiscated.

It's how a judge will view such an interpretation when viewed in the context of the Consumer protection legislation that matters, not what the casino or it's primary licencing jurisdiction says it can get away with.
 
Give him back his deposit please. You know its not right to take his own money because he breached the $5 max bet rule. You take the winnings back but not the deposit too.

This really isnt even a case of freerolling a player, I look at it as outright stealing.

In the future please respond in public when being called out in public. You basically didnt defend yourself and therefore everyone assumed we got the full story.

She lost her deposit. Dipped into bonus funds then breached the terms. Alot different from the story we got.

I guess this means office hours as my withdrawal was made on a Friday, albeit after 5.pm UK time.

Yes my withdrawal was processed by close of business on Monday and in my account today. Not the quickest from a withdrawal on Friday evening, but there are slower out there! The main thing is that the money was received of course, so a good experience in the end.

Hi signed up on monday i do believe , already run into a problem , haven't made a deposit there as i wanted my photo id & home address verified before any deposits are made , spoken with live chat for where to send in docs etc etc , ( good service ) but alas they will not verify my account until i make a deposit although docs don't need to be sorted yet informed from them, first casino i've played at to where i i cannot have my id docs verified before i make a deposit.

maybe the rep can clarify why i need to make a deposit to get my account sorted , just by sending in these docs ,they then can see that all stuff matches hence there isnt going to be any problems with matching details when i do finally make a deposit.

Again you wonder to why players get so pi$$ed off we are not thousands infact its only £108 pounds but again , unless your recording all your play they will not believe you.

I had a bash, managed a small withdraw to test the waters but its sitting there in limb, Unsure if need documents etc? One thing I hate is waiting a few days than being asked, Unsure if this will be the case

I actually withdrawn from a new playing site the other day and instant email about withdraw and than said about docs, So they gave me fair warning albeit I may of not needed to send,

All games running smooth and easy to navigate, One thing I noticed is that blue bar at the bottom blocking the game, there should be an option to hide this,
