Read through a glorious accreditation of this casino on here that they link to from their own site.
Have used them for a good while now and basically been good as gold until recently.
Last month requested a withdrawal. Asked me for bank statements from previous months as I’d used “Apple Pay”. Thought this to be strange but went along with it and in due course got paid.
Request another withdrawal, didn’t appear so I called CS. Apparently I need statements from 2 banks for “Apple Pay” before I get paid. Send them in from the banking app and one is ok but the other needs name and address on so need to go to a bank branch or wait for my statement date.
Apple Pay is meant to be the safest way to pay. A way forward. I wouldn’t use it on this casino. Just hope it’s not a ruse from L and L to hide behind to drag them down to other casinos levels regarding payouts.
Anyone know if there’s a rep on here?

Hey!

There is indeed a rep and a very good one. @L&L-Jan.

I suspect the issue here is them having to verify the payment method is in your name and unfortunately Apple don’t make that easy!

Over to Jan!

It’s certainly not what it used to be I’ve been hit with a very low monthly deposit limit no sow or sof unfortunately that’s the changing landscape of casinos

I’ve had the same thing. I’ve been asked to send a PDF showing my Apple Pay transaction for last month to receive my withdrawal. My bank statements are produced 3 monthly so I won’t receive the next one until June. That’s some wait for a £100 withdrawal! 🙈

It’s nothing to do with licences either. Apple Pay is secured by Apple and as such take the payment responsibilities. 2 Apple Pay deposits, 2 lots of (in one case the same) statements sent. They were never like this and no regulatory red tape or licensing issues would require this.
