All British casino not heard anything regarding my withdrawal

I was wondering if @L&L-Jan can help me I've tried to withdraw from @allbritishcasino I’ve sent them everything they required from me but I’ve still not heard anything back regarding my withdrawal it’s been 5 days, they got back to me and said they have no time frame this is absolutely ridiculous!!

Youre in the queue mate, also its not a KYC verification process. It is an actual review, they require way more time.

Its your own fault buddy. You should have had a kid decades ago and trained him how to help run a casino. Then there could be two L&L Jan's running the show.

Yeah got it, next week the review is completed. Unfortunately that is a bit due to the manual bank statements which require manual categorisation, long process :( Obviously we do our best to complete the review sooner.
 
Sorry if this is not relevant to this thread but I opened an all british casino account yesterday on my phone. Deposited £300 withdrew £500 and have open sports bet. I went to log in on my phone and have error 15 pop up and sure it said security have denied access. Does anyone have any info in this..... I have actually just tried logging in on my laptop and that works perfectly fine. Says withdraw £500 cant see anything about pending and read that its worth verififying to be a step ahead but just states they'll ask if they need. So really unless I get an email saying about verification I just leave it at that, but any advise on this error 15 when I click anything to do with all british casino on my phone would be much appreciated.
