i want to submit compilant against aladdinsgoldcasino.com who refuse to refound illegal and unauthorized deposit wich was made by *snip* to his account at the casino under his name from my moneybookers ,my moneybookers is under name *snip*,he also does that from another country than mine .i have all evidence about deposite ,confirmatin email,and all can be confirmed by moneybookers also.

can sombody help?

You should already know this since you said in your PAB that you had read and understood the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.
