It’s not only Raging bull being run by the same group, it’s a monopoly, same people at Sunrise slots, Captain jack casino, and Posh. Same people, same structure, same delay, do not give them a chance, If anyone knows the name Tawni (casino Rep) its because either is a friend of hers or because they have had problems with the casino, if you got paid like you say you did, there’s no reason for you to be in touch with her. Or ever heard that name Corboom. And the work you are doing here is disgusting

The thread is 7 years old... the player you are addressing hasn't visited the site in 3 years. If you have a problem with a casino then start your own thread, or raise a PAB (which it appears you already have) rather than necroposting.

Have flagged the post for it to be moved to a standalone thread, doesn't make sense for other people to misread the thread and comment on experiences from so long ago - the industry has changed considerably in that time!

FWIW, the facts aren't quite straight either. Planet7, Captain Jack, Raging Bull (and others) are owned by the Virtual Group one way or another. Tawni, of course, is the Virtual rep. AFAIK Virtual Group doesn't own Posh & Sunrise so Tawni's involvement is incidental.

Also, @Ailgue Chubak , your post here is a violation of the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures given that you've got a Planet 7 issue on the go. Well, you had one on the go, the violation kills that. Next time please read the PAB Rules like you said you had when you submitted your PAB.

Wow.

While our brands may have our faults (and we've improved tremendously over the past couple years), the fact of the matter is that if a player has a legitimate withdrawal, they WILL be paid.

I've worked hard to prove myself over this past decade--to ensure that any player who comes my way is treated fairly and with respect. I certainly did not deserve the nonsense thrown at me by this person. Particularly not from someone who tried to buck the system by mixing funds (going against our terms).

Not that it matters at this point (as the player's PAB was already quashed), but I've sent the necessary proof to Max showing the player mixed funds and would not be eligible for one thin dime.

I usually don't vent publicly, but this one was a bit much.

I didn’t mix any funds and I could prove to you, I followed your advice on the site on how to spot bad casinos and I came across dozens of complaints, and I exactly the same kind of disgusting ways of keeping players money by this casino, how did I violate any rules, if I’ve chat with three or four agents from sunrise on raging bull and planet 7. You guys mentioned you had a good turnaround with planet 7 in the beginning, and gave me hope, but I really find this site sided with the casinos more, there’s way more advertisements and support towards them, than warnings. And you seem to discredit other sources that can be as reliable as your site to give us and idea how bad some casinos are, anyhow, the casinos I mentioned, they all are under the same team I’m 100% sure. And that virtual rep Tawni, is hell of trash, they can all burn, I. Put it out to the universe so be it.
I know it’s my own fault for risking my money online, so I’m not even mad, I’m disgusted. But since a casino is not human, nor the business, that’s why I say they can all burn. I didn’t expect much from you either, you don’t work for free, right? Why would you intervene?

That's what the PAB process was for - to help resolve any issues that weren't being dealt with through usual channels. It sounds like your PAB was closed because you couldn't be bothered to read the rules... that's your fault and yours alone.

Every company on the planet gets complaints - what defines them is how they deal with it.

Regarding the rest of your rant - CM is over 20 years old at this point, and reputations can be destroyed in an instance. Accredited sites get more visibility on the site in exchange for following the accreditation guidelines, which includes PAB and various fairness and integrity principles.

Operators don't have to - but they feel it is worth the investment. Other sites likewise do their own thing, and you can see over time which ones have principles and which ones do not.

Not that it matters now - the first personal attacks were out of order, the second personal attacks probably means the end of the line. <edit>Looks like @dunover already did the deed, bon voyage!</edit>
