If you fund qt with your debit card, take a look at where the funds are moving through. I might reply to pm's but won't state it in open forum, even ATB. I'm done with that method.

Oh dear. Don't like the sound of that. PM on its way.

BTW... I'm just paranoid enough that I will not use my bank debit card, or direct deposit or withdraw anymore -- even to QT -- or maybe especially to QT -- I don't want anything hinky accessing my bank account.

I suppose if you can get a semi-anonymous netspend it would be an okay way to go. I was using my bank debit card. No stores around here to load netspend so I have to do it online. (ergo trace to my bank)

Some casinos have stopped processing payments via quicktender to US residents.

Okay, maybe sometimes discretion is not the better part of valor... or maybe I'm just 'lit' enough to be stupid.

Here is a response to a PM

No need to feel jiggy I, personally, am not going to run gambling money through any middle eastern country, allay or not, with the current administration.

Sure, they buy hsbc bank and parts of the nyse, and are, supposedly our allay in the 'long war', but that also means they will have no reason to protect your info from doj zealots and would "turn you in" in a freakin heartbeat, imo.

I didn't have a problem with the euro banks, especially ****** - because they are big enough (US assets notwithstanding) to say, "piss off" and act like a swiss bank account.

It's your money, and as long as you report all gambling losses as well as wins to the IRS, you should be okay

You are welcome to post this in the forum, but please do it as 'anonymous'

I was asked to clarify, so here goes, I'm already on that slippery slope.

QT processed my, and at least one other member's last transactions through middle eastern processors or banks.

Some valuable casinos are no longer processing qt payments to US players and can not answer whether it is thier own 'in'abilities or the shape of things to come.

qt has been compromised in my opinion.

That's nothing new. Been that way for some time and not only QT, all kinds of places doing it.

So far I haven't heard of any problems because of that. It's that way because we have a ban on US banks. I bet the US banks would much rather see the money being routed through here.

So far QT's routing has been a safe and reliable way of doing it.

Thanks for the reassuring words, Dom. But while I have other ways to transact I'm not having my small town bank see any arab country as someone I am paying money to/thru:eek2: It's straight up red flag in my paranoid opinion, and again, I think a major euro bank network could and would tell the US to mind their own business - I don't see that happening with the last process.

I don't want to talk much more about it, just my opinion and my personal choice, as well as a heads-up to anyone who may feel the same way that doesn't pay much attention to transactions after the fact :)

Unfortunately most banks that have to deal a lot with US banks jeopardize their business when conflicting with US policies... so you will mostly find banks in countries who don't do much biz with the US or very small banks willing to work with this.

D8888, Inc. is straight up the money with gwb and 'his' plan as evidenced by their purchase of household finance, a big part of the new your stock exchange, and probably next... ad midlands corporation. Oh well.
