Advice needed regarding limits

Hi, I'm new here! I went throught loads of threads but couldn't find any conversation regarding setting limits to an account. I had an incident nearly a year ago (don't want to disclose the casinos name) with an MGA licenced casino. I won some 5 figure sum and they had a 5000e withdrawal limit. I requested wagering limits, cool off period etc through live chat and was told I could only set a deposit limit or close the account however I would be able to open it again at any time + I would have to log in again in a weeks time to make another withdrawal. This is when I awknowledged I was not in full control of my gambling as I had earlier gone and played with this money, hence I went into asking for these limits - for my own protection. They eventually ignored all my requests and I was devastated as I had to wait for a week and combat urges without any help. Please note I went into losing the funds and since then have stopped gambling and setting blocks such as gamblock etc to prevent this from happening again. I have been through MGA's remote gaming licence and actually setting these limits (deposit limit excluded) is included in their requlations. I would like to complain about this but not sure if I have a case? I would like to highlight that I am in no way trying to "scam" the casino etc, it has taken me 9 months to come to the conclusion that some responsibility should lay on the provider in this instance. Any opinions or advice is appreciated :)
