Just on both sides of it. Innocent until proven guilty. The player clearly has problems with his English.

PAB OP. I know bet-at are my favourite online casino I currently play at and havent ever had the slightest problem with them so I highly doubt the problem will be with them, but let's see.

Threat's are never the way to go about things, but I suppose if people are angry, upset or believe they have been hard done by, they may say all sort's of things.

I personally cant see bet-at simply saying "Hey I know, let's mess about with a players balance, take cash off him just for the fun of it and see how annoyed he get's".

However, as someone put in another thread "Everything comes out in the wash when a PAB is made". So OP, make that PAB, DO NOT comment any more on the matter and the outcome will be investigated and a fair result given. If the casino are in the wrong, the truth will come out, but if you are in the wrong and the threats were as bad as people are suggesting, I would expect a permanent ban from here

Didn't read the FAQ did you? Your PAB has errors that need correcting -- check your Private Messages because the email address you are using rejects emails from us to you -- but I'll get started anyway.

Dude, read the FAQ. The questions you are asking are answered there, section 3.1.
 
After a discussion i had through pm with the OP, the problem is that he submitted an e-mail address that for some reason doesn't work, and probably some mistakes on the form, as he have problems with English. I translated the whole PAB form to him and advised what he must complete.

Adam1976: Please, DO NOT post again on the topic, you're are about to submit a PAB and this not allowed. This is how things work. Complete the form correctly.
(I'll also sent this to the op translated.)

*He was using hotmail which is not acceptable for PAB.

In case you're wondering what happened to this guy. His PAB was tossed mainly for the following:

  • the OP took a bonus, played contrary to the Terms and the original WD was stopped.
  • Igor gave the OP some options, the OP took one and played it out.
  • the OP then turned around and starting raising hell about the original Terms violation.
And that pretty much invalidated his PAB. But even while it was being processed, he continued to harass everyone involved to include MGS.

Unfortunately, he was violating rule 1.18 numerous times - being a PITA, and so his membership of this forum has been terminated.

Still, this is Microgaming. How are people still able to break terms on a bonus with this software?

This software has been around more than long enough for bonus issues to be a thing of the past.
 
Out at the moment. Ill clarify in the morning - there IS a safety net. I built it myself and am very proud of it. There was an influence of human error in play on our side which is why the player was given options instead of dismissal of funds. player AGREED with the resolution but then after losing felt he could have his cake and eat it too. Now that the case is closed ill give out full take on the matter by tomorrow. I agree that the t&c's should not be the holy grail but the system itself and we worked damn hard to achieve that in spite of provider short-comings.

I'm not singling out any casino in particular. I've been saying this for a long time. Every time there's another issue of a player breaking the terms of a bonus. In fact I think all softwares should be moving toward unbreachable bonus terms. It just happens to be a Microgaming casino this time.

Right on the money Skiny. None of these issues would exist, wasting everyone's time. Software development has had far greater challenges than capping/blocking infringing bets. Pure lazyness.

The casinos can only work with what they are given granted. The software providers need to pull their thumbs out of their arses.
