Deposited 50 with a bonus of 1277 with a 40x play through...read all terms and conditions and seeing it was new thought it wont hurt to put in 50 not expecting to reach the play through requirements and surprise to me i did,. The max cash out is 1 x bonus which is 1277.
Tried to send in docs within their system without any success, so sent them manually and it was confirmed by support that they got them and would forward to accounts. Two days later got an email from accounts stating that docs must be sent via this link in which i sent them again. This occurred on the 2nd Sept and since then every time i contact support they say that they are waiting on docs or as they said yesterday they have got the utility bill and are now waiting on the other ID. I stated to them that all docs were on the same page which was sent etc. Yesterday support said that she would ask her supervisor about my case and email me shortly, which she didn't, supoort said tonight that it has been passed on to a supervisor. I am just wondering does the supervisor live on another planet or something, it should not take this long.
I know i should only play at accredited casinos, but i have never had problems before with any casino accredited or not, so i guess there has to be a first time.
