Abysmal stats at Rizk

Hello all first I want to say I am not complaining just ranting a bit. I have depositing on a regular basis since May of this year at Rizk. I have had countless of deposit with only two small withdrawals. I have been through 64 wheels of loss (Rizk) the best result on that was 10 free spins. I am now at the stage where I feel that depositing at Rizk is just a donation as I cannot ever hope to win there. I understand that there are unlucky streaks but come on this unlucky streak since May on a casino I regularly deposit at is a first for me and I am the queen of unlucky streaks. I have availed of the Christmas promos and I think the most I won from the daily free spins was 1 euro or something. I contacted live support and they gave me 10 super spins which was good but I would have thought it would be more. Anyway the Captain is on a very well deserved vacation so I come here to vent. Tis Christmas the season to get pissed off at always losing

Ditto here although I think casinos ought to give some freebies to depositors who have lost way more than they won during the year as a goodwill gesture. I had some bad luck at 32red with deposits wiped out in a flash and when I complained their response was to limit my bonuses to a point that I won't play there anymore. Player loyalty has been dropping recently in the last few years. I guess casinos don't care too much about their players.

I suggest trying other casinos. I know some might say it doesnt matter, the games come from the provider. I dont know how much I buy into that though. I think some casinos are able to mess with the rtp somehow. 32red one of them lol

I am sorry to hear about your bad luck at Rizk. For it to happen to someone at such a respected casino tells me that my exact same experiences at other casino's this year is nothing for me to be suspicious about at all. However I too feel reluctant to keep going back to those casinos.

Ill tell ya when I first started gambling online, I joined 32red because of the praise everyone gave them. The worst decision of my life. hundreds of deposits without a win. Thousands of losses. Their reps telling me everyday "we feel bad about your bad luck and we do agree your numbers with your sample size are no where near where they should be, heres $50 freechip". Loss. redeposit. Loss.

I swore up and down it was rigged. The first online experience was absolute devastation. I kept saying ok I have to get a win. It never ever ever came. This is the worst type of mind frame to be in. Just move on.

I went to club world. And had as bad of a run maybe a bit worse than 32red.

Can you imagine this happening for your first time gambling online? I closed both accounts and quit online. I came back about 2 years later. Signed up to other casinos. Everything was different. I won and lost. I had cashouts and fun. And from there I decided if I join a casino and it treats me like these 2 did...insta leave.

rizk is just the gift that keeps on giving for me cant do anything wrong iv had 6 or 7 withdrawals in last few weeks but casumo is the worst site for me i hate it deposit after deposit after deposit 1 withdrawal of £150 over 2 grand in deposits yet the tv players seem to hit a lot of big wins on it and i think thats what keeps people putting money into casumo

Update! I got a cashout!

I just wanted to update this thread with some happy news. I got my 10 free spins from leveling up and made something like 0.68 cents which I managed to turn into a €150 cashout thanks to a €15 hit on DOA and the Rest on Isis. Happy Days!

Not sure of the 'grey' areas but it was during the Christmas period when they and other sites had their festive promotions running.

Most MT secure trade casinos adopted the same policy. Chat agents main request is free bonuses and they did not want that continuously on top of their other and Christmas promo based queries

If you and everyone ask after every deposit then I can understand? If you lose a bit more and then send an email it's maybe a different thing.
I would feel embarrassed to ask after a $50 deposit but that's me. If that's what you're after then maybe another place is better for you.

Well - i always have my at least 5K deposited in eyes. A little freespin gift as a gesture is just a minimum compensation. The usual worth of these gifts are like 1 Euro in spins or sometimes 5 bucks. Thats a gesture.
I am very generous as a heavy depositor to the casinos, so i expect some generosity of them too ;-)

2016 has been a bad year for me where Rizk is concerned. They have fleeced me I have a few problems with this casino.


The main one being the constant disconnect when playing games. Some days it's okay and some days it's really really bad. Makes you want to bust out just to get away. I have played several slots tonight and have gotten errors on every one of them. Support is looking into this issue for me.

The Wheel of Rizk I am on level 73 and I don't think I have ever won super spins mind say mega spins on any of the wheels. I wish Rizk would shake this up a bit.


The pros are by far the main reason why this casino is ahead in my mind. Awesome and responsive CS reps and then there is the Captain! Enough said.

When a cashout is achieved it is paid promptly with no hassle.

I will be giving Rizk and all other casinos a break for a few months in the New Year as I have many events coming up this year that need to be saved on. I will return to them though even if I don't win very often

I think at the end of the day some casinos you are lucky with and some you are not. It goes in cycles (at least it does for me anyway). At least I know if I run into any problems with Rizk the Captain will be there to save the day

I was an affiliate for like 3 years and got up to 50% of my players losses. That's not messing around. I don't need any help, thx. I just talk about facts. On William Hill for example i was up like 10K and still got 100 $ free cash from time to time. I didn't ask for years for bonusses. Then i started, because so many do. Why i shouldn't? - They calculate with that. - I also have a permanent 20% cashback deal on one casino. It's all about negotiations.

Thats fair enough mate, not having a dig i just dont like asking for anything even if i feel i deserve it.and obviously dont spend as much as most in order to deserve a token of appreciation in return. Must of given out a million cigs to randoms over the years who ask that legendary line "got a spare fag mate?" but when leaning over a wall dripping out withdrawal sympton sweats id still not ask a random to return the favour who i do to any random who asks.
Though i hear they are scrapping small pouches of tobaccoo after the new year but thanks to a comment from goatwack ihavebuilt a butt rolly collection bucket and will soon be sitting 9pm-11pm outside local pubs where the return should be maximized.
