at the licensing jurisdiction that many casinos fled to in the wake of changes in Curacao licensing :

FWIW our experience with Anjouan to date gives us no reason to disbelieve or doubt anything mentioned in the abc.net.au article. A recent complaint by a player was, for example, thrown out by Anjouan “authorities” with the reason given that the casino “did not submit evidence”. That’s not what a licensing jurisdiction regulating casino behaviour does if they wish to be taken seriously.

Great article and I would proceed with caution when deciding whether to play at a casino that states it operates out of or is licensed by Anjouan.

Whilst for UK players the UKGC can be like Hattie Jacques playing the Nanny role on steroids, at least you know as a player you have serious guard rails in the form of player protection in place.

Anjouan to me and this is my OWN personal opinion is the new 'Wild West'.

Not saying there are no decent operators 'licensed' there, what I am saying though is that the vast majority you wouldn't recommend to someone you don't even particularly like.

So do your own due diligence. Ask members of the forum here on CM for a 2nd opinion. No matter how you cut it, honest candid appraisals from players are worth more than any review found on any website.

Örneğin, bir oyuncunun yakın zamanda yaptığı bir şikayet, Anjouan "yetkilileri" tarafından kumarhanenin "kanıt sunmadığı" gerekçesiyle reddedildi. On March 13, 2026, between 04:00 and 05:00, my user account was completely cancelled without my knowledge and permission. I suddenly became unable to access my account, registered email, or membership. It seems that my account has been deleted or replaced with a different e-mail address. During this incident, my account balance was 2,218,600 Turkish Liras. Since then, my access to these funds has been completely blocked. This situation is extremely serious and raises serious concerns about fraudulent activity and violation of user rights. I respectfully request that this matter be carefully examined and that a formal investigation be initiated against the operator. I am fully prepared to provide all supporting evidence and documents upon request.

Hello @burak0303 , you have a PAB in progress on this issue, yes? And you’ve just recently submitted another case for the same casino. So why are you violating the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures by posting all that in public?

Your PAB case in “on hold” until you provide a satisfactory response. Your new case will be closed because it essentially duplicates your old case.

Also, the PAB clearly state that this is and ENGLISH forum. You’re welcome to use your native language but please provide an English-language translation to go with it. Otherwise you are disrespecting the site and ignoring our Rules. Not cool.

Yes, should be no problem, we will proceed. Please be aware that any further violations of the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures will result in your case being permanently closed without further notice.

Also, since you keep resubmitting the same case over and over any further PAB Rules violations will result in your access to the PAB system being removed, meaning no more PABs from you will be accepted.

The Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures are there for a reason; complying with those rules is all we ask in return for our services and you agree to do so when you submit your PAB. If honouring that agreement is not something you are willing or able to do then our PAB Services are not for you, end of discussion.
